excellent - outstanding. friendly employees, very nicely decorated, verygoodhamburger.

will be back, but not fir dinner.. service - five stars. staff was perfect. food came out quickly. really, the food was just ok. perception is a funny thing though because i think if the prices were a little cheaper ($$ instead $$$) i actually think i wouldn't be so hard on the food. unfortunately, at the price per plate, you can find some ridiculously excellent food elsewhere where as this wasgoodjust not amazing. i do however love the halfprice cheese plate with a bottle of wine. i think my girlfriends and i will skip dinner and go with cheese.

it was father's day, very busy! we sat at the bar, our bartender was so much fun! are food wasgoodand service too. affordable prices👍🏻

disappointing. ordered the salmon and it had a purée that was a bit odd tasting. but what killed it were these inexplicable chunks of peppercorn that gave it an intrusive crunch you wouldn't expect with a smooth purée. the salmon itself wasn't anything special. for $27 i expect way better than that (or maybe a side? honestly wasn't a very large plate of food). our service was not particularlygoodeither...after taking my plate it was agoodten minutes before he came back. never asked how our meal was (i was ready to say it was disappointing), never offered dessert, never told us about specials. for the money we paid it just wasn't good. calamari was interesting at least.

neat atmosphere but overall i thought the tavern was pretty pricey. my friend and i ordered the fish and chips to share and while it wasgoodit wasn't anything special. the atmosphere was neat and i would return to try something else. their drink selection isgoodand if you sit at the bar, the service is excellent.

good but not great. overall, our experience was good. my fiancé got the ny strip and loved it. i order the chicken two way and it was prettygoodtoo. i asked to substitute mac n cheese for one of my sides. the waitress made the change but didn't mention that there would be a $3 up charge! a bit excessive considering the side was only a $1 more than the brussels that it was supposed to come with. and i barely touched the mac n cheese bc it was so spicy. our other complaint is that they charge per soda which wouldn't be such a big deal if they didn't charge $1.25 per 7.5 oz can. what kind of bar/restaurant doesn't have fountain drinks? and if you don't, you should probably have full sized cans and explain that you charge per can. again, the food was good, but we probably won't be going back.

always heardgoodraves and reviews. went in on a saturday night,not expecting the greatest service. but thought we would have atleast been acknowledged. had a group of 4 and immediately got seated and that was where the "good" service ended. was presented a bottle of water and our drink order was taken.
5 minutes:and nothing
10 minutes:and nothing
15 minutes:and nothing
20 minutes:and nothing
25 minutes:and still nothing...

waited another 5 minutes and our "waitress" still did not even acknowledge our existence. even though she made eye contact multiple times.

all said and done. i will never recommend and hands down was the most awful dining experience in tulsa ever!

food was ok, but overpriced. on my first visit to the tavern i decided to have lunch. the place is nice inside with agoodsized bar and plenty of dining room space. i chose a cup of french onion soup and the winter salad with chicken and coffee to drink. the soup was average and ok. the salad was good, but fairly modest in size and not a tremendous amount of chicken. the bill was $20 and for what i got, i thought that was pretty steep. if lunch is $20 and it doesn't knock my socks off, i probably won't be back.

first time visit. my dining partner and i went to the tavern (which i thought was "the brady tavern") on sunday about noon. we were given a brunch menu. we had mimosa drinks which were verygoodbut could have been colder.

my partner ordered the pulled pork quiche and side salad. she was pleased with both. i ordered the 2 eggs fried over easy, sausage patty, home fries and biscuit. the eggs were perfect as were the home fries. the sausage patty was kind of rubbery and had an odd taste. the biscuit was very big, but was way over baked to a darker brown with some almost burnt spots on the bottom. it reminded me more of a canned biscuit. i expected better for this place.

over all, we will try it again, but for lunch or dinner.

it was ok. for the price - i probably won't be back - i had a bite of someone's burger and that was delicious and i liked the fries a lot and the steak skewer apps weregood(and worth it because of the 1/2 price app if u buy a cocktail special). the deviled eggs weren't that great - have had better from a deli. and over all the app menu wasn't that great - i think there were 4 things to chose from. two of us with app price specials (we got 3 apps total - 2 at 1/2 price) and a few drinks was over $50 without tip. so it was a $60 night and i walked away starving. our waitress was very pleasant and had a verygoodknowledge of the wine/beer menu.

great place.goodservice,gooddrinks, great food. one suggestion vary the menu a little more regularly.

good food in brady. my girl and i really liked our food, well presented,goodservice, just alittle overpriced. salmon and pork chopcooked perfectly. they gotta pay that baseball tax i guess.

good food, horrendous service. i signed up for an account just to write this particular review because i had such a horrible dining experience. we came in on a weekend night around 10pm and there were not very many other customers. we sat at the bar. the young female bartender was too busy flirting with her coworkers to take our drink order for about 20 minutes. i was trying to persuade my husband that we should go somewhere else, but he really wanted to try the food since we had never been there. she finally comes over to take our drink and food order and is very rude to top it all off. she had an attitude like she thought she was the hottest thing since sliced bread and it was excruciating for her to have to talk to us. as we were waiting for our food to come, another couple comes in and sits down next to us. they wait and wait for the bartender to finish up chatting with her coworkers. they asked us if we had to wait this long for a drink. we tell them yes and that we almost left. they waited a few more minutes and then they left. we got our burgers, which were very good. the bartender gave us an empty bottle of ketchup and when my husband asked for another one, she handed him another empty bottle and told him 'good luck' trying to get anything out of it. it's a shame because the food is good, the atmosphere is cool, but the service was the worst we've ever experienced. we live downtown and there are plenty of other equallygoodrestaurants in the area with much better customer service.

great food. i ordered the tavern burger. it was very good. one of the better burgers i've had in tulsa. french fries were tasty too. they were the thinnest fries i think i've ever seen, but they were also more than i could eat. my wife ordered the daily grilled cheese (which was white cheddar, tomato, and bacon on green onion focaccia) and it came with tomato bisque. she loved it.

service was friendly and attentive. i wish the kitchen was a little faster as it's a tight squeeze if you only have an hour for lunch.

prices are higher than some people probably expect to pay for pub fare, but it's worth it.

restaurant was very clean and ingoodrepair. great ambiance. though, our table was a little wobbly and that's always annoying.

overall, very good. we will be back.
