best burger. thebradytavern is a great addition to a great historic growing part of downtown. they make all their own breads. waiters are all friendly and happy to explain the menu. not expansive but high quality beer menu-and the best burger i've had in my life so far... -no-joke-

saw a tulsa world article about sunday brunch at thebradytavern. brunch is one of our favorites on the weekend so we investigated. the mimosas may be the best in town; however they may be the priciest in town. the challah french toast with housemade sausage is delicious and the new york strip hash is wonderful. we will be back for a check of the night time menu.

very very cool place in thebradydistrict. i love their deviled eggs and the fact they put "buy beer for the kitchen" on the menu gives insight into their unique and progressive concept.

first time visit. my dining partner and i went to the tavern (which i thought was "thebradytavern") on sunday about noon. we were given a brunch menu. we had mimosa drinks which were very good but could have been colder.

my partner ordered the pulled pork quiche and side salad. she was pleased with both. i ordered the 2 eggs fried over easy, sausage patty, home fries and biscuit. the eggs were perfect as were the home fries. the sausage patty was kind of rubbery and had an odd taste. the biscuit was very big, but was way over baked to a darker brown with some almost burnt spots on the bottom. it reminded me more of a canned biscuit. i expected better for this place.

over all, we will try it again, but for lunch or dinner.

awesome place in thebradyarts district. my husband and i went tobradytavern on a whim last night and had a great time. the ambiance is great - it has a classy pub feel without the wild crowds of mcnellie's. would recommend this for families or older guests. the bar area is one of the highlights - the setup has a very traditional approach with a classy edge. love the high ceilings with outer piping. also, the hundreds of paintings along the wall add a casual feel but do not appear over crowded by any means. service was good - i saw one demonstrating proper wine service so that's always a plus. for dinner, my husband and i both ordered thebradytavern burger, which was amazing. it was a large portion but not overly large like many places in tulsa. we didn't leave feeling completely stuffed. he also had a guiness and a left hand fade to black, as did i. overall, this place is great. we left feeling very pleased and enjoyed our evening there. will definitely come back again.

wonderful!. i'm not a blue cheese fan, but the stilton mixed with the mushroom cognac sauce on my hubby's burger was amazing! i'll take a side of mushroom cognac sauce and a straw please! ;) i ordered the fish and chips, which turned out to be a rather sophisticated choice instead of the usual greasy, over-breaded generic pub version. kudos! my fave was thebradycollins from the drink menu, but the bengali gimlet was pretty unique and tasty too. keep up the good work mcnellie's group!

amazing cheese and unique cocktails. we had dinner here last night with another couple. it was our second time dining here. the first time, we came for a birthday party back in february..it was good then but there were so many of us that it was hard to really enjoy. last night, we were able to take our time, sample the drink menu and not be rushed. our server amanda was patient and informative, we were never rushed and were never waiting for anything. us ladies ordered a variety of cocktails off the menu and enjoyed them all. 'the last word' with chartreuse was amazing. our spouses had the bacon infused manhattan's and the deviled eggs, all outstanding. my friend and i love cheese so we were in for a treat. they bring in their cheeses from california. i have to say, a dinner of cheese for me would be my last supper.. she and i shared the cheese and cured meat plate. honestly, one of the best meals i have ever had. i cannot remember the names of all of the cheeses but they included potato cheddar with bacon bits, lemon curd blue blue cheese and some sort of lavender jam and goat? amazing. my husband had the fish and chips, which was delicious as well as his side of mac and cheese. i have been coming to this spot since it was the bowery 10 years ago.bradytavern has done a good job utilizing the space with local art and great food! the menu could have used a few more entree choices..(a filet) but really we have no complaints. we had a great experience here and cannot wait to go back...or figure where they order their cheese...heaven!

not impressed with food. today at lunch was my first visit tobradytavern. i was one of a large group from my company and ordered the chicken panini with fries. except for our group, the restaurant did not seem very busy and we were there between 11:30-1:00. after a somewhat long wait, we received our appetizers, which i must say i did not try primarily because none of them looked appealing to me. the wait for our lunch was somewhat long and when i received my dish, i first tasted the fries, which were good, but cold. there were also numerous bacon bits mixed in with the fries, which i did not find the least bit appealing. i then noticed that the swiss cheese on top of the chicken had completely congealed and of course, the chicken was also cold - and dry. my best guess is that my dish was one of the first to be prepared and was then set aside until more dishes were ready to be brought out. the waitor took my dish to be reheated, which also seemed to take a long time. the panini bread was overly burned. i assume it had been placed on a grill and i spent a good portion of my time picking out all the bacon bits and burnt spots on the bread. i didn't even attempt to eat the second piece of bread. the chicken mixture had a combination of several odd herbs and spices which didn't do much for the dish. upon returning to the office, i overheard a few other similar comments in that they were not very impressed with the food, which is also somewhat expensive. this was my first visit - and more than likely my last.

just wonderful!. we wandered into thebradytavern with the intention of having a drink or two and then going off to have dinner elsewhere. as we arrived at the bar, the bartender asked if we cared to see the dinner menu. as we enjoyed our drinks, we were increasingly tempted by the offerings, but my so must avoid gluten, so some questions were in order. the staff attended to our questions and pointed out the gluten-free items (they do not, as of yet, have a gluten-free menu). my so ordered the pork chop with mustard sauce accompanied by a vegetable hash (chopped brussels sprouts, spinach, potatoes and carrots). i ordered the fresh goat cheese ravioli. for dessert we split the blood orange flan (the only gluten-free dessert offering). the bottom line? everything was absolutely wonderful! they also have an extensive wine and beer list and a very friendly and helpful staff. very highly recommended!!!.

brunch @ brady. i had brunch at thebradytavern today, and it was great! we started with bellinis and the basket of breakfast breads. the bellinis were good, but they had fruit seeds floating in them - i would've preferred them to be strained out, but they tasted great. the breads included banana bread, an orange/cran scone, blueberry muffin, cinnamon roll and another cheese pastry that was delicious. everything was great, except for the cinnamon roll, which was a little bit dry. my main course was eggs benedict, which they make with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes, and it rocked! i would highly recommend it! i had the hash browns as my side, and i thought they were very tasty as well! it's 5pm and i'm still in a food coma from this great brunch. i would highly recommend eating there!

my husband and i ate atbradytavern for the first time last night. the atmosphere is amazing, and different than any other found in tulsa. i thought it would feel more like an english pub, but it made me think more of a restaurant in france or perhaps early 1900s east coast us. the service was great. they serve bread before the meal, which was very tasty. the only thing i didn't like about the place was my entree. i ordered the special butternut squash fettuccine. it like complexity of flavor and had the consistency of leftover pasta from the fridge. the way food tastes is very important to me, but i was willing to overlook this fact given all the other good things about the place. i also like the fact that they don't use ice in their water, maybe that's one of the things that adds to the european feel? next time i'll definitely try the risotto cakes instead of pasta.

a group of us went before a concert at the nearbybradytheater. food was fabulous and our server amanda was funny and very knowledgable. great beer and wine selection, including a bacon infused bourbon. i know, it sounds weird but it was really tasty. the bacon popcorn left me a bit disappointed but the marinated olives with their home made bread was amazing. our group had fried chicken, haddock, and thebradyburger. the sides were great, the garlic fries needed no ketchup and vegetables were not done in your usual ho-hum way. after dinner irish coffees were were not skimpy on the whiskey. would def go back!!!

last night was our first visit tobradytavern. it felt a little weird pulling up to the spot where lola's once was to find a new tulsa hot spot. the food and service at lola's was hit or miss but i will never forget their amazing chocolate & raspberry cake and the unique dia de los muertos decor. gladly what i found atbradytavern blew lola's out of the water and most of my nostalgia went right out the window. let's start with the drink menu. the drink menu is like no other in tulsa. they take us back in time with their signature pre-prohibition cocktails. they even have a bacon-infused old fashioned. i wasn't daring enough to try that so the drink i started with was the old cuban - it was tart. it was tangy. it was sweet and simply lovely in every way. it had a single mint leaf floating on top and i felt oh so classy sipping from my dainty glass. next came the eat menu. thebradytavern strives to put a gourmet spin on classic pub fare and they have most certainly succe
