great burger!. i'm pretty critical when it comes to hamburgers, because im a snob and think mine are the best. that being said, these guys have agoodone. i went for the texas onion straw burger, and opted for the grass fed beef. the patty was large, cooked exactly how i asked for it (medium) came with onion straws, fresh jalapenos, chimpootle mayo, and lastly the bun didnt dwarf the burger... most restaurants do this and its annoying. ive heard this place gets crouded and services is slow for dinner, but i went at lunch, sat right down and service was quick. the decor is extremely unique, andgoodto experience something new. will return, for sure.
