the sink exceeded expectations. my father and i were travelling around central colorado, following the idea of eating at restaurants we had seen on tv. having seen the sink on thefoodnetwork program "diners, drive-ins and dives" we decided to try the sink.
i ordered a cowboy reuben, which was much better than the original sandwich, with its smokey meat and tangy sauce, and coleslaw and cheese on a nicely toasted rye. with the best sweet potato fries, i have ever had. i would go back for just the fries, but really their menu is massive. the quality is really good. of our trip this was probably our favorite meal in colorado. my dad got the hamburger with bleu cheese and a salad, and really enjoyed it as well. their choice of hamburger meats and seasonings is on par with any high-end hamburger spot. great choice of local beers, quick service, and a very interesting decor.
