with a name like the shrimp shack you would guess that shrimps are their specialty.

hubby and i went for the surf & turf and the surf & surf. thegarlicshrimps and the chiligarlicshrimps were flavorful but most of it was stuck in the shells. i would have enjoyed them better if i didn't have to peel off the shells. the spicy version wasn't that spicy.

the angus beef bbq wasn't great. the shrimp popcorn was mushy and the dipping sauce a bit sweet. the fries were your usual fries.

the plating sure could use improvement. the portions weren't enough to make us feel full. i doubt that we would come back even if we were craving for shrimps.

been here several times but today was my first time to try their seafood bowl. still ordered their staplegarlicshrimp scampi and surf and turf. such an enjoyable gastronomic experience. timely serving of food and attentive waitresses. they now issue an o.r.! yay!

shrimp shack is one of my favorite restaurant in robinsons antipolo. i really love theirgarlicbuttered shrimp. i highly recommend their surf and turf meal and also their surf and surf meal. indeed delicious!!!😁

never really thought of trying out this place until i came across an instagram post of a friend. so keith and i decided to eat here the following day (despite the typhoon lol) i've made it a habit to check zomato before trying a new restaurant, so i already had my mind set on what i was going to order.garlicshrimp scampi for me and chiligarlicshrimp for keith. (was a bit hesitant at first because of a previous traumatic experience with a similar shrimp dish that was sooooo bad.) i also wanted to try the shrimp scampi alfredo but the serving of thegarlicshrimp scampi and the pasta looked enormous in photos so i thought we might not be able to finish all three dishes. our orders arrived in about 5 mins. (food wasn't hot though) it was so good! i liked the chili one better, but if you're not a fan of spicy food, the original is really tasty too. the only let down was the serving size. both meals come with 2 cups of rice, so we expected like a huge serving. but the rice was too small (about half a cup only) which was a bummer. but overall, it was a pleasant dining experience and we'll come back really soon. trying the alfredo next! 😊

finally found a place to dine that is not too crowded. also my sister was craving for shrimp and said she wanted to try theirgarlicshrimp. while my sister enjoyed her shrimp, i was very happy with my dish too! i had the beef pot roast pasta.

finally, we've visited robinsons place in antipolo city. the new place is spacious and modern. design is reminiscent of some malls in dallas.

we initially visited the shrimp shack at the ground floor, alfresco area. pabs, the waitstaff, happily greeted us and mentioned the best among their specialties. so, as he recommended, we had thegarlicshrimp scampi (described on the menu as "originally an italian-american dish generally composed of a lot of garlic, olive oil, butter, white wine and spices. they use fresh local in-shell white shrimps, as the locals of oahu, hawaii. it is best to suck the shrimp first to get all the tasty flavor in your mouth, peel off the shell, eat & enjoy!) true enough, the fresh shrimp, with the flavored shell and the garlicky sauce with the rice was savory, tasty and flavorful. the aiconditioned room was adequate and they also have alfresco seatings outside. the hawaiian inspired decor with a beach side view image on its wallpaper added a fresh and relaxing dining experience.

the staff are courteous. the price is a little above average considering the small serving size. they have wifi access but, sadly, slow and unreliable. but overall experience was not bad.

with the combination of yero and wood finishing, accentuated with surfboards and lifesavers plus a big backdrop of a perfect surf spot, the interiors of this restaurant will certainly bring you to a close-to-authentic surfing-dining experience.

i ordered their surf and turf meal that has angus beef bbq,garlicshrimp, macaroni salad, and 2 cups of rice. with all the viands in my dish, i almost ordered an extra cup of rice! i love thegarlicshrimps, however, i find it kind of weird that the delicious coating is actually in the shrimp shell. it would have been better if they remove the shell instead. anyhow, it's still delicious and well seasoned! the angus beef bbq is also well marinated and tender.

we were able to try this resto on it's soft opening. we ordered surf n' turf, baked mac and cheese, chili andgarlicshrimp scampi. i loved what i ordered and i can say that the 7pc shrimp with 2 scoops of rice are enough for a regular eater. i combined it with their tss iced tea and it's perfect. also loved the wall mural that shows a hawaiian beach (maybe it's the waikiki) and the background music video shown (beatles and the corrs).
the only downside was it took a while for the orders to arrive. took more than 20 mins and there was a few minutes interval for each dish to be brought at out table. i would definitely come back though. 🍤🍤🍤
