well you have courteous staff, fresh ingredients, good ambience, awesome ambience, but what you largely lack is taste. we tried chicken tender flat bread, korean chili wings, achari chicken, white sauce pasta with prawns, none of those tasted any good at all. i could tell that the chicken is fresh, the ingredients are good, etc., but the taste was just too bad, below average, lacklustre. i understand you experiment with food but don't reach a point where you care about everything but taste. i once loved ss for cocktails but this time my kala khatta cocktail was salty ughh. might notvisitagain.

i loved the ambiance and food here. great service by the staff. will definatelyvisitthis place again. highly recomended.

paid(literally through my nose) avisitto sassy spoon, kp. i really liked their very unique decor, the pink and blue interiors, the alluring ambience, the furniture. i particularly liked the volkswagen van bar- well stocked and vibrant!

coming on to drinks- tried a mocktail called pink apple lemonade  - had a distaste to it and they replaced it with a melon based one called fizzy melony which was good and i also ordered a bourbon with club soda.

as far as food goes the plating is remarkable but very lacklustre in taste and tang- we ordered the following:-

bbq pork ribs- the ribs was full of fat and was very hard and chewy- the pork was not fresh at all. pointed it out to the steward who was visibly defensive about it.

tenderloin steak with mashed potatoes- high average salver, steak was cooked to medium(even though i prefer it well-done). mashed potatoes was smooth and consistent.

also ordered three burgers-
crispy chicken burger-  better of the three, with crispy zingy patty.

tenderloin patty burger- patty was well cooked, bacon was crisp but overall the burger was very, very dry- no juicyness, no ooze- looks like they were too stingy with the burger mayo/ dressing.

pork burger- patty was okay but not succulent, bacon strips(we were charged extra for it) was burnt and charred.  burger was too dry- not a drop of moisture or dressing on it- quite a shame at what they charged(695/-) they could have at the least be a tad magnanimous with the dressing/sauce/mayo- but they choose not to.

hazelnut flavoured coffee- milk was burnt, it was bitter and not palatable. utter waste of 175inr. pointed it out to the manager who agreed to it.

the only consolation and saving grace during the wholevisitand ordeal was the toffee flavoured pudding- with very rich plum pudding, flavourful toffee melt and combines well with creaminess of the ice-cream.

service is average with occasional cold shoulders:- given the fact that i criticized the lack lustre dishes may have brought about a feeling of exclusion and elusion.
prices are exhorbitant considering the miniscule portion sizes and there is no vfm. also the complacency of the chef is clearly evident here and hence i maybe forced to label it as overhyped by the  unassuming people who patronise it unawares.

to start with ambience is perfect,super cool. service is also up to the mark and the food menu is cool. desserts are bit innovative and delicious, yum as well

everyvisitto this place creates new memories. right from the food to the ambience, it's always a comfort place. if you want to experience christmas, now is the time you visit. this place is home! loved the polar bear at the entrance!

this is one of my fav and special places in pune. i have celebrated multiple occasions here. their food and service are on point on all occasions without a doubt. the staff is super friendly and sweet. ask for zayn if you need any reconditions and i am sure you will meet nilesh as he will definitelyvisityour table.
advisable that you pre-book a table in advance. love it for its consistency in food and service

their sticky toffee pudding is just incredible. just when i thought their food was great, their desserts elevated my experience furthermore. brilliant décor, great music and vibe. came here with my colleagues the first time and then introduced this restaurant to my family. now theyvisithere on their own and it has
become their favorite place to be. the food here is not only tasty but also very satisfying. contemporary comfort continental food. this place is a blessing to the city. the servers treat and serve you right as well.

this is indeed a sassy place. great ambiance, welcoming staff and awesome food. we visited this place pretty late, almost when kitchen was closing, yet we were welcomed and served with patience. also ask for zain once youvisitthe place, the man has actually tasted his recommendations and can help with a few.
do not miss trying on the desserts. food is simply delicious.

this is not a kid friendly place for sure. front desk staff was very rude, almost indicating that they are doing a favor on customers. their whole idea is to serve adults to get more billing per table, rather than have a family with kids. don'tvisithere with kids.

i visited this place with a friend. lovely ambience. there was some chit chat around yet the place seemed private. good distance between tables.

they have a great choice of cocktails. the thing that i lovely the most was the staff, especially this guy zain was very courteous about the way he waited on us!! will certainlyvisitthis place again!! definitely recommend it!!

dined out at a restaurant after a very long covid break and sassy spoon made it totally memorable. i’d like to specifically call out zain from their staff. terrific fellow. passionate about his work, brilliant recommendations and impeccable service.
