everything was very good. very friendlyserviceand a fun atmosphere.

delicious food, horrible service!!!!!!!!. worstservicei've ever received at any restaurant. i've never seen such a desparity between food quality and service. while waiting for a table, the bartender was short with us and rude acting like he had way better things to do than his job. the same goes for the waitress once we were finally seated. the waitress was the most unbelievably aloof person i've ever come across. at one point i literally thought i was on a hidden camera show. as soon as she would set something down on our table, she would dart away without saying a word, and without time for us to ask her anything. worstservicei have ever had in my life. empty plates sat on our table for 33 minutes. i asked my boyfriend if maybe she had quit in the middle of her shift because that was the only logical explanation for her disappearance. management is obviously not involved on the floor. cannot discount the delicious food, however; i'm not sure it is worth the horrible service. beyond baffled at my experience at the row kitchen & pub.

by far the worstservicei have ever had!! i have never wrote a restaurant review but this experience has drove me to do so. it took an hour and 20 minutes for our waiter to realize he didn't put our order in. then we got it and asked for some jam for our biscuits and it took another 10 minutes before he returned. two hours later he brings us our bill with the full amount. i mentioned that we had been there for two hours and asked if we could talk to the manager. she came over and apologized and said she would take care of our bill and that she would be right back. she never returned. so we assumed that our bill was taken care of. when we got up to leave, our waiter rushed over to let us know our bill was on it's way! 5 more minutes go by and he returned with $12 taken off our bill! this was a wednesday night at 7:00pm, and most tables were full but they were not super busy. we left at 9:10 and all the people that came in after us had already eaten and left. i will never go back!

expensive, slow service, not tasty!. overpriced! small menu of items.the lighting is terrible, extremely bright. it also smells like particle board. my wife said the cheese grits in particular were terrible. apparently, the mac and cheese i ordered was made with a slice of american singles theservicewas slow, server mixed up our drink, food orders, and even our receipts. certainly won't be returning here!
