finest dining incollegestation. ask for todd if you want the level of service to match the exceptional food. highly recommend based on many visits

unexpectedly great steakhouse!!. my husband and i are always travelling and stumbled across the republic while visiting friends incollegestation. our friends raved about the restaurant, so we had to try. man, were they right. we had amazing hand crafted cocktails, house brewed beer, and excellent food and service. after dinner, the live music in the whiskey lounge was spectacular. we were not expecting such a great steakhouse in little oldcollegestation. looking forward to our next visit.

amazing food and the best entertainment in the bv. went for dinner, stayed for the entertainment and was simply blown away. the singer cynthia williams and the guitar player francisco are the best in the brazos valley. not sure how they ended up incollegestation but they are the real thing. i had the filet, truffle fries and a great wedge salad. the bartenders know their stuff. you have to try the basil bluegrass. imagine a mojito made with basil. the service was impeccable. this is definitely a big city player in a small town. you will not find a better experience incollegestation. go for the food but stay for the entertainment.

always a great experience!!. every time we go to the repub, we are amazed at how much fun we have. the steaks are unbelievable, the wine list is approachable and the cocktails and whiskey list is awesome. check out live music every night in their whiskey room. great spot forcollegestation.

amazing...... we travel throughcollegestation monthly and thought that the roadhouse was the only place to eat a steak. the republic was such a great find and we will be back soon! we started with the filet mignon tartar, corsca salad, diver scallops, and french toast dessert, words can not describe this fabulous dining experience. great service and great food, do not miss this rare gem incollegestation!

overpriced overkill. the steaks were ok, good waitstaff, the owners are asses. arrogent and the food was way overpriced for the area. this place belongs in rice village notcollegestation.

bring a date. this place is built to impress and there aren't many like it incollegestation. i had soup and a filet with macaroni and cheese. everything lived up to its promise (from positive word of mouth). there are other chefs in town trying to do this kind of thing, but this the republic is the only real deal aside from christopher's.
