thisrestaurantalso offered unique dishes because the owner is a british, served spanish cuisine so at least we are cebuanos we are able to try asian foods. the venue was little bit okay for me, although i went their once only.

one of the best restaurants in the country without a doubt, every single dish was spectacular, i could highlight the pork belly, the cauliflower salad and the chocolate dessert but indeed absolutely everything was fantastic, from the coziness of the place, to the really attentive and nice servers. a place raising the standards of the spanish cuisine and therestaurantscene here in cebu. great drinks also.

i was totally blown away. what can i say? this is probably the perfectrestauranti ever tried in the philippines that wouldnt hurt your pocket (unlike antonio’s in tagaytay that would cost a fortune). the service is five star and their food is just one of a kind beyond amazing. i just couldnt describe how much of a genius the chef is - because it was the kind that literally impressed me beyond words. i had the kfc korean fried chicken and cauliflower salad for starters - they were both ridiculously good. and their pork belly confit is just from another level - it was the best pork belly i had in my life. it was something that i would never forget. it came with mashed potatoes that was so perfectly done you just want to savour every bite. their parrot fish in parsley sauce was also excellent. the mackerel with sourdough bread was fresh and also beautifully crafted. they have a wide array of drinks from non-alcoholic to alcoholic beverages - and the place is just impeccable. the vibe is very cosy yet modern. i love how it is surrounded by greenery. its a very beautiful spot to hang out day and night. to me it deserves more than a michelin star! when in cebu - this place should not be missed. it is indeed a dining destination, and i am definitely coming back.

if in cebu, this is a must-try restaurant. it seems to be in a bit of an odd spot, but once you find it and get in therestaurantyou'll love it. the ambiance is outstanding, the service is great, and the food and drinks are to die for. get 2-3 dishes per person and share!

quite pricey for the quality of food that they serve. there wasn't anything special with the flavors. perhaps how they got their popularity is by the hype created whenever there is a newrestaurantin cebu, and the michelin star from their chef. that  can be a bit misleading.

the ambiance and service was satisfactory, nonetheless.

the pig and palm cebu is a pretty intimidatingrestaurantand it has every right to be. considering a michelin-starred chef owns it, you’d think therestaurantis expensive. but with the right recommendations, it doesn’t have to be.

it was a delightful experience; one we couldn’t help not to share with friends and family. we spent around p800 for our dinner date which included the following:

grilled squid, seaweed salad, green mango, and confit tomatoes 👍👍👍👍

chicken karaage, sriracha mayonnaise 👍👍👍

chargrilled miso carrots, baba ganoush, walnut pesto 👍👍👍👍👍

pan con tomate, parsley, basil 👍👍👍👍

we celebrated our company's christmas party at the pig & palm in cebu. it's owned by a michelin-starred chef jason atherton and his 16threstaurantaround the world.

i was amazed by the chic and cozy ambiance of the restaurant. once you enter you feel a sense of posh and elegance of every furniture and decorations around the restaurant. he fused the usual filipino favorites with his spanish menu.

kinilaw 💛💛💛💛💛 it was sooo good plus the platting it was deliciously divine.

suckling pig 💛💛💛💛 the meat was tender but the skin wasn't as crunchy.

overall our experience was delightful and we were full by the end of the night. it's a must try! your trip to cebu wouldn't be complete without trying this resto out.

i don't mean to be rude. my palette may be compared to that of a peasant's/commoner, but when i order a 750 peso meal [take note, singular noun], i'd expect a meal that has big portions or [emphasizing that it doesn't have to be both] a dish that will blow my mind. on top of the expensive food, they'll also bill you for service charge. not saying their food was bad or that their service wasn't at par with other fancy restaurants here in cebu, but i swear you can find a betterrestaurantat cebu, heck, cebu business park for that matter, that has more bang for the buck than this place. if you like pretencious snotty food who just want to try out food from the head chef who is has a michelin starrestaurantabroad, then by all means, try this place out. would i come back to eat here? only if i never have to pay for anythingn but even so, i wouldn't recommend at all.

it was a complete disaster dinner. .me and my husband just ended laughing when we are there, we ended in koreanrestaurantafter having dinner in pig and palm to fill our tummy completely.
we’re hungry so in the menu there’s big plates and small plates selection, we order big plates menu. ..i got pan fried mullet. .it turns out it just a 2 small peace of white cheap tuna…it just very small and it’s belong in big plates dinner category. my husband had roasted suckling pork , it just a skin of rosted pig with no meat inside to eat…plus way to over price for nothing. .seriously like really?! that’s the expression when the food came . thisrestaurantis just full of menu decoration and way to over price and even you order 3 to 5 orders in their menu you can’t get full with it…it just so small serve with full of decoration. over all its a waste of money and time. well it’s just good for experienced to know about this restaurant.

located in his filipina wife’s hometown in cebu, pig and palm is the latestrestaurantby u.k. michelin-star chef jason atherton. i heard about it from a fellow blogger, and it had just opened when my family came to cebu for a wedding. the place was rustic-chic, and by reservation only.
