excellent service, wine list, and salad bar! service wasgreatand the food was amazing! definitely a little pricy for the amount of food though.

i'll never go back again. went for the salad bar...heard it was great. it was average, same as my college caf. the menu was very limited and over priced. the spinach dip was terrible. i'm disapointed that i wasted a meal going here with all the othergreatrestaurants around.

unexcusable attitude and service. nice atmosphere and agreatsalad bar. however, my pork chop arrived unedible. it had some pineapple glaze over it that the menu didn't explain.

nobody, the waiter ot the "manager", offered to do anything about it.

on a second trip, and treating my mother and sister i might add, my mothers steak came back cooked to death. once again. the waiter or manager on duty offered to do nothing.

absolutely horrible. my wife and i have eaten here on at least 3 different occasions and all three have offered different levels of disappointment. i made the mistake of taking a large group of family members there the last time and two of the 8 dinners served were wrong. and that wasn't the problem, the problem was management. they basically said, "tough".

on another occasion, an expensive menu item was delivered to the table with a very sweet glaze that wasn't mentioned on the menu. when this was brought up to the waiter, i was told that another would take 20 minutes to prepare.

any visitor to our wonderful city would be better served by spending their money at a place that appreciated the business. try any of the places on the strip leading up to the park grill because it is a dead end street.

service was good.greatatmosphere. salad bar was excellent very fresh. however steak was terrible undercooked, tough, and had bitter taste. for 34$ never again. i've had better steaks for 18$. desert blackberry cobbler excellent. go there for salad and desert skip main course.

good but overpriced. it has been a few years since our last visit, which we thoroughly enjoyed, but we were somewhat disappointed this time. the service couldn't be better, but the food is overpriced, especially the salad bar. there should at least be a few more side salads and a soup offered on the bar, not just potato salad. also, when ordering a steak, the salad bar should be included, not an extra $4.99. we weren't fond of the new décor either.

wonderful!. this is one of our favorite restaurants in gatlinburg. we've been several times and have not been disappointed. the only complaint is parking. the salad bar is very good, as are the entrees. try the dessert sampler - you won't be sorry. the decor is very fitting for the area. on one occassion, we had the pleasure of sitting next to the pianist, which was agreatway to enjoy a romantic evening.

ate here two nights in a row. the food was great, the service was attentive, and rich, the bartender, not only makesgreatcocktails, but also puts on a show.

a little pricey, butgreatfor a nice dinner out. the salad bar is excellent, my husband and i shared the rib eye and grilled trout combination dinner and ordered an extra salad bar which was plenty of food. try the trout...absolutely delicious you will notbe disappointed!!

one of the best in gatlinburg!. we love the park grill. it is one of the nicest places in town to get agreatmeal at decent prices. it is a place i would recommend for a "nice" dinner out. my favorite dish here is the moonshine chicken. it is kind of sweet and super juicy. my husband loves their prime rib and the sweet potatoes. their fries are pretty good too. their huge salad bar is included with your meal. plus the hot fresh rolls served with dinner are delcious. we have never had a bad meal here. the service has always been fast & super friendly. they even let me make my own combo last time i visited--super accomodating! they do have a live pianist (requests taken), so that adds a hint of romance. the decor is nice, but kind of woodsy. it is done in wood tones and there are stuffed animals throughout (bear, raccoon, etc). i can't say enough. this place is great. it will continue to be one of our must visits when we are in town!!

very nice restaurant. this place has really grown on me. excellent salad bar,greatfood and atmosphere. i can't go here without getting a steak. service is always friendly and courteous. many of the employees have been with this group for years. it's a little pricey, but worth it, especially for a special occasion. try to save room for dessert.
