the food was great. but the way they treat you is just shitty. they don’t even treat you like a customer. i was over charged for about 2000+ rs thinking i was drunk. but we found out the same and asked them to reduce it in the bill. they also have really weird rules on buying the drinks. it’s like you buy a beer bucket for example, they would not allow you to share the beer bucket.

i usually never write a review and this one is my first. yesterday i had the most bizzare experience in this restaurant. i had been here on several occasions in the past with my friend usually on a wednesday. when the place is completely empty. we were always welcomed even though we use to come in wearing trousers. not once did they have an issue. yesterday i did the same as i knew there wouldn't be an issue. mr jai(hands down the most rude waiter ever) put us in a corner table and asked us not to leave the table as they don't want their guests to see us. he had confronted us on several occasions last night. it's shocking that he is in the customer service business. this guy even had the audacity to ask my friend to switch chairs as people could see his legs(lol). we were looked down upon by every staff member there and specially mr jai and his colleague vignesh. the situation escalated further when jai and vignesh told us to leave right after we cleared the bill and told us not to play a game of pool and grabbed the stick from the table. when asked him why he did so his reply was 'we just wanted to give you a chance to come in' and not walk around the bar. my band even played here a couple of times and three years ago boycotted the place because of the staff being rude. giving them another chance was my biggest mistake. they treat you well when they have nobody but that is the complete opposite when they do have customers. very disappointing behaviour by the two. will never recommend this venue to anyone.

very nice ambience and so-so food. good enough service but a lot of confusion regarding zomato gold t&c (about equal or lesser value). they were insistent that it is "only" lesser value and "only" starters. convincing them was a slog. don't know if that's zomato's fault or hablis'...or my fault for unlocking gold here lol. i won't be going back.

their entire lounge was amazing.and even bar area was also good indeed
the staff was helpful also.

we had
1+1 beer and snacks and cranberry mojito with penne pasta salad.

the presentation was good also.

but price was not good at all the way they boast.

although i was expecting to have irish beer. hopefully i will get irish beer and score you 5 star next time!

best place to hangout and the lounge is superb to see the match on a big television.

penne and fettuccini potato wedges
and cranberry juice

every thing was perfect and beautiful inside and out

sorry to say this , the 3 food items we ordered in veg were really horrible , we usually never waste food due to obvious reasons, but we had no choice but to waste the food that was offered , very dissapointed as we chose to come here after seeing the great rating and reviews , not upto the mark , ambiance and service were excellent , might be an off day for the chefs i guess !

a review for this place is long overdue! it became my must visit due to its irish bar vibes. and true to it, the ambience and decor were perfect.
staff were prompt in their service. and the place being a pretty large space with partitions they did manage to tend to their customers efficiently. i loved the look and feel of the place and the music was tasteful & went along well with the mood. they have extensive liquor options, cocktails too! i had my first irish stout beer here. sadly when i went they didn't have guinness. the drinks were perfectly made. but the food menu was the usual items we get in every other bar/pub in the city. i felt they could've had a few english/irish food in their menu. but the taste of the food served were not compromised. right from the starters to the dessert everything was yumm. the smoking area was like a breathe of fresh air when compared to the pubs in the city. being used to cramped spaces called smoking zones, this was a sight to soar eyes. at one point of time we just switched our tables to the smoking area and had a wonderful time.

an excellent evening with good beer and nice snacks.was a bit disappointed since no lamb or mutton or beef snacks were available and they only had basa fish.very strange.no music .the service was excellent.my bartender jai was really polite and patient.overall a nice evening.

this place is like the ultimate best place in chennai toh chill out.
the interior and all looks amazing.
they have very nice and classy spanish look counter.
price is bit higher, but i am sure you wont find a better place than this to have drinks in chennai.

food’s brilliant and randomly ask the waiter for a glass of red wine.. he gets you the best french wine in town!! quite impressed. good ambience and friendly staff.

the ambience is great. would be great to go to for a drink. the food took forever to be prepared. food was rather average. is best to go there for a drink and for the ambience.

draught beer quality is not good at all. i tried salads, it was delicious. overall a lot of improvements required in quality of beverages .. it's expensive as compared to the quality offered.

the staff is friendly and polite. the ambience needs a little update. otherwise a decent place to drink and play a game of pool or two. the music live nights tend to be refreshing change as the dj sets do get too loud and tedious .

i have a zomato gold privilege... as zomato suggestions, i have gone there since i was also staying in the same hotel. they said some concert was there n charged 600per head with free unlimited starters for entry and zomato gold is not applicable on this event. they brought some music college students and it was a mediocre.
starters are horrible... and only selected items. total waste of money and time. ended up in food poison next day morning.
