overhyped & overpriced. living in boulder, i've been to the med multiple times--it seems to be the restaurant of choice for birthdays with its many large tables. i've had some good dishes, but the general inconsistency, ridiculous waits of 1-2 hours, costs vs. quality and acoustics and terrible 80's music keep this from being a restaurant of choice.

tapas at happyhourare the best bet. although they are affordable at first glance, you'll quickly rack up the cost if you're sharing or hungry. they have a good wine list and sangria. dinner is a disappointment other than the lamb shank, which is really delicious and juicy.

a better dinner bet is to walk across the street to brasserie ten ten.

overrated with mediocre food is accurate. service is also hit or miss, usually tending towards snooty. with so many other incredible restauraunts in boulder, why waste your time here? if you must, hit it up for happyhourthen move to brasserie ten ten across the street for a delicious dinner.

amazing happy hour! their happyhourtapas menus are the best culinary values i've found in co. my family will be back roughly 10 times per year...keep it up! fun patio too.

great date restaurant. the price is a little high, but the food and the atmosphere are pretty good, especially if you want to take a young lady to dinner. the tuna is pretty good and the wine selection is great. also a great place to take your family for the random college visit every year.

the happyhourmenu is great and has a lot of variety for you college kids looking to eat on a budget.

best vibe, atmosphere, & tapas. we went early for happyhoursat, july 16. incredible tapas menu! we seriously between 3 of us ordered 9 different things--they were all seriously fantastic and in particular the bacon wrapped dates! if you are close, you must go! i'll be taking my husband back!

entering through a funky teal green door into a bright space with large green potted plants to one side and a chic bar sprawling in front of you, there are multiple dining rooms that stretch from the windows on walnut street to the far corners of the building. i also noticed an outside seating section with a large tile mosaic spanning the wall enclosing the patio. the drinks are pretty cheap to begin with and happyhourat the med is $1 off the listed price.

love it. not sure how you cannot like this place. i usually go for their happyhourand with drinks leave with a small bill which is awesome and their food is consistently good - also, the best pizza in town and it's $5 for happy hour...much better than spending 3 times that for garbage pizzeria locale.

always good. the tapas happyhouris where it's at! cheap small gourmet plates and good drink prices. the atmosphere at the med is always great, but perhaps a little loud for some. eat at the med.

great happyhourtho always packed. lots of choices. pretty good quality tho best with a large group and a tappas and drinks night.
