like my steak, down in durbs on business and i was in steak mood. the decor is great, upmarket steak house feel andservicewas excellent from both the waitron and the manager. the t bone was out of stock, or not of the correct quality to offer as the waitron pointed out, so i had the black angus 300g medium rare. the steak was good but i prefer a thicker cut as opposed to the thinner broader cut they offer. their sauces were not your regular sa offerings, a plus, and they also offer flavored butters, i had their specialty the jichana chef jus. it was very different, for me, to have a jus on a steak in a steakhouse, but it was very good, you could taste the extreme effort that had been put into making that jus, very rich but superb in small doses. the had craft beer, another plus, a good meal overall,
