spicy bangkok bowl
this dish seems to be a variant to the classic bangkok curry bowl recipe. on first sight, you may get the impression that the word spicy might be an understatement. the gravy looks stocky and chunky ( not to mention angry ). it’s blood red in colour which sends a brawny quiver along your guts. once youtastethe dish, the realisation of exaggerated thought process hits you hard. it’s got a healthy amount of chilly, veg stock and diced vegetables, served alongside jasmine rice. this rice appears to be glutton free and it’s got a sweettasteto it too. this combination is a real steal considering one has zero expectations for the dish.
apple pie
a fairly huge portion of the pie itself, served alongside vanilla ice cream with a dazzle of custard, caramel and saffron was served on the table. it has a crispy and flaky crust beneath which lies the delicious filling made up of diced apples, sugar crumbs, cinnamon and cashews each of which is simmered in rich and creamy butter. the ice cream oozes it’s way into the crust ,dampening the saccharine filling; now all you have to do is grab a spoon and dig in this delicious treat!
