worstservicei have ever seen. support staff knows only 1 word that is no no no. you ask any favour they will say no. you ask for table change they will say no. every time ordering food you need to search for waiter and wait for 5-10. worst experience ever. i won’t recommend.

top class food - food of top class no words to say but to eat and enjoy

top class ambience - top notch ambience best time is evening brunch/morning breakfast.

worstserviceever - they decide where you sit not you no asking while you book your table via call but feels like you are decided where you sit by your attire and no. of people and amount you will spend.

worst app service. - ask you to scan a qr forservicebut never get your items until you ask for it verbally.

tough location to reach - maps have a wrong directions until you check everyone by the roads until you find it a big golf venture in the corner. no specific highlight boards or pointer boards on the road.

ambience and food was great but there is no privacy among people- too many tables placed side by side in the outdoor seating (you can hear conversations going on at all other tables).
staff is very dull and unprofessional based on theservicethat would be expected from a place like this.
the dessert was stale and tasted weird.

the worst part was the bowl we expected that to be great but that was a disappointment.

ordered ghilouti, caesar salad and veg pizza along with iced tea.

the good: ghiloti and iced tea were really good especially the iced tea. it wasn’t the usual iced tea you find in cafes made from powdered stuff or concentrate but it tasted like the original thing made from real tea leaves.
theservicewas quick and we got food within 5-7 minutes of ordering.

the bad: caesar salad was dissappointing. which caesar salad doesn’t have croutons? the lettuce was badly cut and the dressing was too much which caused the salad to become too soggy.

the ugly: vegetarian pizza. extremely bad. the cheese wasn’t even melted properly. the taste was bland, the crust was bad to taste and it was a generally dissappointing pizza.

visited this place last week and order the vegetarian mezze platter, bbq chicken pizza and tgo colada which is a virgin colada.
veg mezze platter- the worst mediterranean/ lebanese food ever. this had hummus, mutabbal, spinach and cheese in filo sheet like a mini samosa and a side of salad without any dressing or seasoning. ideally there should be pickled veggies or fatoush but that would be too much to expect. hummus was bland and mutabbal tasted of tomatoes and onion, couldnt taste the eggplants.
bbq chicken pizza- was dry and burnt
tgo colada- this is supposed to be blended but what is got was pineapple juice topped with coconut froth which when had with a straw i could drink an overly sweet pineapple juice.
the server did not have an idea about any of the dishes listed when asked about a certain dish he would just say it contains chicken or it contains hummus and pita.
i have been here in 2019 and theserviceas well as food was amazing. dont know what went wrong but please hire better chefs. the prices dont make sense for such food and service.

the food is decent but theserviceis poor and we had a very bad experience. we had pre booked and made reservation for a table outside and when we reached the manager refused to give us the outside table saying it was reserved by someone else. we had gone to celebrate a friend's birthday and had asked them to keep a cake ready and after dinner when we were looking forward to cutting it the manager says cakes are finished. the staff is quite clueless about things in general and keeps citing things like "owner doesn't allow this".

food is undoubtedly amazing. enjoyed each dish thoroughly however, theservicecan improve and the furniture was not really comfortable to sit and eat.

if i could i would have given today's experience a zero. a simple request for a glass of hot water had to be repeatedly reminded atleast 5-6 times.
they were unapologetically useless.
the food was below average and the seating areas were badly planned.
if theirservicewas not their best during christmas (the restaurant was not even half full) then i don't know how it is on other days.
definitely won't be visiting this place again and dont recommend it other.

service was pathetic. waiter didn’t knew what was in the dish on asking him. even after telling him make it less spicy, food was spicy and over all theservicewas really really poor. good quality has also degraded. it’s not the same glass onion which i used to and was ok to pay the premium for. not at all value for money with the kind ofserviceand quality of food.

had this place marked up for so long..finally visited them..the ambiance was grt..gd indoor and outdoor seating the view is gd..the food dnt meet the expectations..theserviceand the staff were grt

loved the ambience, had a very relaxed vibe to it.servicewas very fast although the place seemed full. loved the pizza and the dan dan noodles. the glass onion burger however, needed more work. overall a positive experience. definitely worth a visit. will be coming back for more visits...
