worst service i have ever seen. support staff knows only 1 word that is no no no. you ask any favour they will say no. you ask for table change they will say no. every time orderingfoodyou need to search for waiter and wait for 5-10. worst experience ever. i won’t recommend.

the ambience was calming. the interiors looked good.
thefoodwas not exceptional, could say average.
loaded cheese fries (which apparently lacked cheese)
buffalo tenderion steak- the veggies tasted good, the meat was slightly undercooked and the sauce quantity was less.
apple pie- the desert tasted awesome. but the quantity was meagre.
liit- now this was perfect and strong.

do visit the place for its ambience. best outdoor ambience to enjoy the sunset with friends, family or your loved ones.
but don't keep your hopes high for the food

top classfood-foodof top class no words to say but to eat and enjoy

top class ambience - top notch ambience best time is evening brunch/morning breakfast.

worst service ever - they decide where you sit not you no asking while you book your table via call but feels like you are decided where you sit by your attire and no. of people and amount you will spend.

worst app service. - ask you to scan a qr for service but never get your items until you ask for it verbally.

tough location to reach - maps have a wrong directions until you check everyone by the roads until you find it a big golf venture in the corner. no specific highlight boards or pointer boards on the road.

beautiful sunsets and greatfoodcan be experienced. but pre booking is a must as this place is generally packed by dinner

food and ambiance is good , butfoodhygiene standards are not followed in service. person who was clearing the dirty plate was found touching the pizza with his hand for packing. same person was found handling fresh glasses and water in another table. also, freshfoodwas kept in the dirty tray table...certainly not this standard is expected when you pay so much. its not worth the money...

it was a sudden plan. visited for the first time and it was nice. loved the ambience and the food. staffs were good and well behaved.

quantity and quality of thefoodis great and the place suits well with the environment.

will try for the outdoor next time! we had to sit indoor this time...:(

this place has a good ambience and has a laid back vibe to it. but one won't feel welcome here as staff is unresponsive and doesn't give a damn to serve even water when asked. we had butter garlic prawn with scallion which was served fast but tasted average.
no value for money as far asfoodand experience is concerned.wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else or make an effort to revisit either.

ambience andfoodwas great but there is no privacy among people- too many tables placed side by side in the outdoor seating (you can hear conversations going on at all other tables).
staff is very dull and unprofessional based on the service that would be expected from a place like this.
the dessert was stale and tasted weird.

one of the most scenic places i have witnessed in hyderabad. the ambience was the most significant for me.

i wanted to visit this place for lunch but i couldn't make it. i went for dinner instead and was not at all disappointed.

the seamless service, the qualityfoodwere the satisfactory things for me. the achari paneer tikka tasted good, the lasagna was at this best having the melted cheese all around and it's a bang for cheese lovers. the tandoori roti with mushroom masala and dal makhani were fabulous. but my standout dish would be lasagna, perfect baked.

overall, my experience was at its best and would really love to visit again.

ordered ghilouti, caesar salad and veg pizza along with iced tea.

the good: ghiloti and iced tea were really good especially the iced tea. it wasn’t the usual iced tea you find in cafes made from powdered stuff or concentrate but it tasted like the original thing made from real tea leaves.
the service was quick and we gotfoodwithin 5-7 minutes of ordering.

the bad: caesar salad was dissappointing. which caesar salad doesn’t have croutons? the lettuce was badly cut and the dressing was too much which caused the salad to become too soggy.

the ugly: vegetarian pizza. extremely bad. the cheese wasn’t even melted properly. the taste was bland, the crust was bad to taste and it was a generally dissappointing pizza.
