in this day and age where the customer service is the most important thing...we still have people in the hospitality industry who treat customers in a crappy way. i had reserved a table on the phone and when i reached i had requested for a better table inside. the staff manager spoke in a very rude and arrogant manner saying we cannot accommodate your request. i had requested outdoor seating and even that was rudely rejected! even if you want to decline a customer request there is a tactful way if doing it! i had to remind the guy several times before i got and average seating. this itself put me off and made me angry! coming to the menu, they offer mexican, italian, american, north indian, chinese food. beverages include mocktails, cocktails, etc. we ordered veg nachos, white sauce pasta. the nachos came with cream cheese, salsa and avocado dips. the nachos chips included cut veggies, olives, etc. they tasted good. the white sauce pasta was creamy and rich with various veggies like olives, capsicum, broccoli, etc. the deserts did not include much variety, there was only tiramisu, cheesecake, brownie and apple pie. we ordered cheesecake which was decent. the restaurant is located inside the boulder hills gold club so the outside view shows the golf course. i would have liked to sit near the bar area which had a nice outside view but the arrogant staff seemed to decide who would sit outside based on the guests appearance! i hope other restaurants take more care in hiring customer friendly staff members. remember customer service should be impartial and not depend on the staff whims and fancies.
