definitely the busiest and rowdiestplaceon the street. we were pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of the food. the table we were seated at was a bit small to be comfortable for 4 people eating though.

man how i love this pub.... good food, service is always good and onlyplaceto start off when pub crawling when in uhmlanga, the bestplaceto watch sport and relax,placedoes get super busy on weekends so trying to show up in the afternoon and simply expecting a table can turn out to be quite a difficult thing to do, cannot recall if they take bookings

best pub in the village as far as atmosphere goes. always full and the service is really good considering it can really pump. had my first lunch there today and must say the prawn and chicken curry was superb as were the chilli poppers. greatplaceto watch the sport of you can get a spot.

this pub is theplaceto be it is a grate vibe and food is great . the staff is very freindly and gives grate service and i have not seen a manager that is so devoted to aplaceand i highly recomended going there.

so due to the christmas holiday season we have traveled to be with family and friends being in durban is not all dull and gloom. . . with the crazy weather a cooling down session in durbans upmarket area is required we decided to meet for drinks at the gerorge which in all essence is a football bar by day and a upmarket partyplaceat night the streets are filled with people trying to get a drink so the other problem is trying to get a drink or a waiters attention is really difficult and if you don't tip them high forget about them seeing to you again sadly you have to be a regular in order to feel welcome and to get attended too you have to stand there for hours for someone to even recognize you part two of the difficulty is to try and get a seat we stood all the way through our 2 drinks each and no one gets up for a lady or disable person a once in a lifetime experience never to go back

if you are a fan of the pub lunch this is definitely theplaceto be! had myself a glorious plate of nachos served by an attentive waitress. coupled with a selection of craft beers makes for a delicious experience in a vibey bar.

always busy with a great vibe throughout the week. bar staff are fast and efficient. definitely a goodplaceto grab drinks with a group of friends.
