awful. this place is a hot mess. the whole system of waiting in line and placing your order is too hectic. i initially called in to place a to-go order, and was told they only do to-go orders if you come in, which makes zero sense to me. so we went there, waited in line, placed the order and waited. why was it so hard to take an order over the phone so people don't have to wait? so we finally got the food and went home. the food was awful, literally not edible. the fries were half dry and half soggy, take your pick. the fish in the "fish and chips" was ridiculously small and so dry my husband couldn't eat them. my "egg-o-nater" was hardly edible, the bacon was soggy and the egg was overcooked. all in all, an awful experience and a waste of time and money. we will not be visiting this place ever again.
