i wish my city had a cheesecake factory. this place was extraordinary. i couldn't believe how busy it was and how well the servers performed under those busy conditions.

themenuresembles a small book. it is the most extensivemenui think i have ever seen. they have nearly every kind of cuisine represented on their menu. the portions are huge and the food is consistently excellent. the prices were also kept to a reasonable level.

my only complaint is that the place is a victim of its own success. it was a long wait to get in.

be prepared to wait a little bit to be seated. this place is always busy for a reason. the food was good, as always. themenuis large so it’s hard to find something that sounds better than everything else. i’ve never had anything bad here. we ordered the classic strawberry cheesecake to go and shared. we were a little disappointed with the size of our slice. it seemed about half the size of what we usually get, but it tasted great as always.

be aware... we have been to cheesecake factory-plaza several times. tonight was the first time we've had problems.

two of our four dishes were pasta tonight. within these two dishes we found blue plastic clippings amongst the mix.

the manager explained that the plastic shroud marker which the chef (or sous chef) uses to differentiate between chicken, pork or beef may have shed into our dishes. as vegetarians, we became more confused with how this could have occurred. he was very accommodating, but you should be aware as a matter of physical safety.

we feel that this establishment has really become an over-priced, fad-based slow food joint. the food is honestly, not that great.

the hugemenuhas made them less concerned with the details.

the only thing to brag about food wise is the cheesecake and avocado rolls. theirmenuis way too big and overwhelming. i asked the waitress what she would suggest since themenuwas so large and she didn't have a suggestion. the waitress staff were all very nice and respectful but the food was terrible.

i usually like what i get here and the portions are pretty big. however, nothing really stands out here as spectacular other then their cheesecake. theirmenuis really big and a little overwhelming so that might be part of the problem. i would recommend going at least for the cheesecake.

outside treat. ate here on a wednesday night around 6. the wait was only 15-20 mins to eat outside. i ordered the navajo, which was pretty amazing, themenuis expensive, especially if you get cheesecake. this place is always busy but not always the cleanest. our table had crumbs all over it same with the floor. even though it was outside you would still think a place this nice should be clean.

pack on the pounds!. very largemenuand food portions! the wait time is rather long and usually people are standing in the courtyard waiting to be seated. once the meal arrives, it's large enough to feed 2 people.
been there many times with friends and family. with the large noisy crowd there, it's not a place for some meaningful conversation.

it's a chain - what do you expect?. if you've been to one, you've been to them all. themenuis a bit much - so much to choose from. their brunch items are good. i've never been disappointed in what i ordered, it just takes me forever to get through the menu.

great food, worth the wait.... what amazed me about this restaurant is the large, diverse variety ofmenuitems, the large portions and the really nice atmosphere. typically there is a long wait evenings and weekends but if you're not in a hurry, it's worth the wait.

my recommendedmenuitems, the cajun jambalaya pasta and linda's fudge cake though you will probably have to get the cake to go.
