the cheesecake factory at southcenter mall

cold food. our last visit to this restaurant was even worse than the first. not sure what the drink was but it was supposed to be a (berry tea?) tasted like diluted juice to the point my ice water was more enjoyable. we also had a gift card given by this establishment after they failed to return a $50.00 gift card telling my wife it wasgoodfor $25.00 which should have been left from our last visit. they "couldn't find the original card " what an embarrassment when we attempted to pay a part of our tab and was told basically that it was worthless.
none of our meals were satisfactory for the price and mine was hardly fit to eat. the nocho chips were the best of it even tho cold. the chicken was barely room temp as tho it was prepped and set aside while several other dishes were prepared.
i won't be back to this one again unless i forget again altho my calendar is marked for the poor service and quality of food.

no doubt that this place serves the best cheese cake. tried the oreo and the regular cheesecake. both were amazing. service was particularlygoodand had no waiting for us.
a must go place.

and to add :: the lettuce thai wrap was just awesome. must try !!!

i don't get it. food wasgoodbut why are people so fascinated with this place? very slow service. told us 10 minute wait. we were seated 25 minutes later. took another 15 minutes just to get our drinks. forty minutes in and we finally order our food. not a fan.

my first experience at this chain was agoodone. giant portions with fairly high quality. would definitely come back sometime!

loved it!. went to the cheesecake factory today, we enjoyed our meal fantastic food. we had the thai lettuce wraps huge portions tasted great, i had the green chili burger hoping it was like the ones in new mexico but not even close but still very good. corn dogs were verygoodsalty dog with a balance of sweet corn meal on the outside. however the best was cheesecake at the end red velvet was amazing! i would go there just for that cake alone,goodfood, great cake, andgoodservice!

prettygoodcheesecake. this was my first experience with this establishment. i went there on a saturday evening and it was completely packed to include the waiting area. luckily i was only there to purchase cheesecake and not stay. even with how insanely packed the place was, the staff i dealt with were professional and helpful. the couple of different kinds of cheesecake i tried were awesome. next time i'll try to hit it for a mid-week lunch so i can stay a while and try their other food. i would recommend it, just not on a saturday night.

yum!. they have a large variety of food. i usually get pasta (bistro shrimp pasta is delicious), or steak (which is alsogoodthere too). the staff is always very friendly and helpful. they have prettygoodclam chowder and an excellent list of cheesecake. a huge drink menu and the drinks are pretty strong and very tasty. my only gripe is that you are not able to make reservations and sometimes the wait can be ridiculous, especially if you have a large party.
