i use to love this buffet, but now i find it very difficult to accommodate food allergies.  they just don't seem to have much for dairy and gluten free items.  i also find the quality not as good as some place like the wynn or m resort.

huge selection of dishes. we were here for brunch. had eggs benedict, breakfast sausage, prime rib, lamb, crab legs, lots of veggies, lots of desserts. the lamb was fantastic. everything else was yummy. our waitress kept our coffee full. if i had one complaint it would be that the food could use more herbs and spices. but i guess at a buffet they are aiming to please everyone

i have been to the bellagio buffet a few times time over the years. however, the last was almost 10 years ago. when i saw their dinner price last week, i was shocked. how could this be? it was only $1 more than when i was last there 10 years ago. in today's vegas' buffet standard, it was unbelievable. as i had good experience with bellagio in the past and their desserts were outstanding, i wanted to bring my husband to try, i went ahead and i naively thought that bellagio would live up to its reputation.

we entered at 3:30 pm ( as we just woke up...hee...hee..), yes, it's already dinner prices, which was fine. omg, my first stop was the wagyu beef station as it was closest to my table, but they only got medium. they told me to go to the prime rib station and said it should be better. instead, it was well done!!!1 then, i was shocked by the gravy. it had a skin and all crusted and dried up on the sides of the gravy bowl. i tried to ignore it and next got shocked by the pasta. they were like being raided by 100 hungry teenagers after school....hours ago they were all dried and disgusting. the vegetables were even turning brown. without looking further and taking a bite, i told my husband we should get our money back and leave. i didn't feel that i should be eating others' stale leftovers from lunch in a restaurant while i was paying for dinner. the manager came and assured us if we came back in an hour, everything would be better. he then took our receipt. i was still native enough to believe that. we hang around in the casino for an hour and went back. god, nothing was better!!!! the wagyu beef was the same piece, but now it was more well done than before under the heat lamp. btw, i didn't even know if it's really wagyu as i never ate it. the prime rib was medium. they were still the ones from lunchtime!!!!!! again, i put down my plate immediately without even taking one bite, i just wanted to get my money back and leave.

i was enraged and felt like a fool. we wasted an hour and were hungry. i was more upset by the manager's promise than the food itself. if you couldn't do it, just say so. don't waste my time and give me false promise.

terrible value!

shrimp was boiled with no seasoning.
crab was flavourless and floury.
steak overlooked.
fresh veggies nowhere to be seen.

pizza was excellent - if you want to pay $45 for all you can eat pizza then i guess this is an excellent option.

tips expected, but not deserved.

i visited the bellagio for a friday night dinner. the service from start to finish was impeccable. i was most excited about the kobe beef, caviar, and alaska king crab legs. they were all absolutely amazing. even though i try to avoid sushi at most buffets, the quality of the sushi at the bellagio would rival any high-end sushi restaurant. the desserts were not that great, but they were visually stunning. the only thing that i tasted that i would not go back for seconds for were the lamb chops.

if you are looking to experience exotic world food all under one roof, then the buffet at the bellagio is made for you. the spread that starts from salads , to sea food, japanese, to chinese, thai, to italian, and french to everything you can think of. the dessert menu is worth a glance and we tried quite a few. $75 for two with taxes is worth the spend for having the best of what the world has to offer. i went to this place with my husband on the very first day and experienced bliss.

i have been to about 10 buffets around the world in the last 3 years i have to say your desert beat all the buffets i've been to. i will definitely come back and i would recommend my friend.

if you are into plates upon plates of crab legs and prime rib, this is the place for you. the dessert bar is always a favorite. the cost is high and the line to get in can be tedious but all in all, we find it worth both.

midweek dinner at this buffet, with tax and tip, set me back $43. the buffet itself is standard extensive las vegas: meats, seafood, veggies, soup, salad, bread, italian, asian, mexican, etc. etc. (and an extensive dessert selection!)

overall i found the food to be freshly prepared but slightly lacking in flavor and punch. the obvious highlights of the place were the crab legs, prime rib, sea bass and pizza (surprisingly). even these items weren't without their flaws, however. the sea bass was very tasty but not well deboned, and the prime rib was fairly low-fat (resulting in a muted flavor and tougher texture). i sampled about 10 of the desserts as well, and found them to be a mixed bag. the best desserts i tried were the mango coconut panna cotta and the tiramisu.

will you like this buffet? possibly! buffets are for stuffing your face for cheaper than ordering a la carte, even at the expense of a bit of flavor right? but personally from my limited experience, i would tram hop down to mandalay bay for the buffet there instead.

the fact that this place is literally serving food throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner all day in itself speaks of the excellent service the team brings.
hadn't expected to have 50 people before us when we queued up for breakfast at 10 am but that queue just took 15 minutes.
breakfast is priced at 19.99 plus taxes. thats a very good buffet comprising of all meats, fruits, asian, bakery, desserts, juices, tea coffee etc.
if you are a veggie (like us), please do tell the chef and he will ensure that you don't leave hungry.
tip: please keep 15-20 minutes at hand before you will get seated. you cannot dine here for more than 2 hours so be courteous to others as well.

my family of five, including my wife and my in-laws were here for buffet on a saturday afternoon in late june 2015 during our trip of vegas. overall, i was very dissatisfied with my experience here.

here are my biggest issues with the experience at the buffet at bellagio:

1. being the weekend, this was supposed to be a brunch buffet and it is true that there were many breakfast-y items. however, in general, it was very hard to construct a meaningful meal out of the items that were there. for example, there was fried rice and chow mein but no (chinese) entrees that one could have with those. for my brother-in-law, who's a big lover of meat, he had nothing that satisfied his appetite. for myself, a big lover of seafood, again there was nothing that i would really fancy, such as lobster or scallops or crabs or sushi. there were supposed to be at least 3 types of sushi (based on the place cards we saw) but the sushi had mostly run out and were never replenished.

2. the stations were very poorly laid out and as a result, the placement of the items made very little sense. i do not recollect another buffet experience where the layout was worse than here. for example, they had french toast in one section but maple syrup was nowhere to be found next to it. eventually after asking a staff member i was able to locate it. i was far from the only one having this problem as a little girl asked me about where the maple syrup was once i had managed to drizzle it on my french toast. likewise, there were sorbets and icecreams but they were very far from each other. toppings for the sorbets and icecreams were also in different sections even though most people might want to have access to a broad assortment of toppings.

3. lastly, i found the service to be quite unfriendly. we had a server (claudia, i think) and i don't think she (or any other waitstaff that we encountered) smiled even once during the entire 2-hours or so that we were there. food items were also not regularly replenished and when i inquired about the sushi which had run out, the staff did not appear apologetic about that and expressed no interest in replenishing the items. a final illustration of the lack of helpfulness of their staff was that as we were standing in line to get in, we inquired about wait times. one of their staff members commented that we would have a 45-minute wait and we were getting ready to leave on hearing of such a long wait time. however, in the end, we did stand in line and the wait turned out to be no more than 20 minutes. a shorter wait time was certainly appreciated but then again, we would have left the restaurant on the basis of the incorrect information provided by this staff member

overall, i would say this was a deeply unsatisfying and unfulfilling experience and certainly when considered against the $30 price we paid for it, this was a complete bust. in my view, they served very mediocre food that was laid out in the most haphazard manner imaginable and it was combined with unfriendly and unwelcoming service. i would definitely not go back to this buffet again especially when there are so many options to choose from in las vegas.

the selection of stuff is good. a lot of delish veggies if you like to still eat your greens on vacation.
with that said though, after trying the wicked spoon for only 2$ extra (for dinner), the bellagio buffet just couldn't compare. also we wait for more than one hour but at the wicked spoon we walked right in.
our server richard was fabulous though, he made our experience pretty darn memorable.

fantastic buffet but they were still busy at 10:30 pm. expect a wait if it's the weekend because of their gourmet dinner. i really enjoyed everything i ate and the seafood was so good. had the crab legs, shrimp and fish. sushi was surprisingly good. so many options and wear comfortable clothes because you will eat more than you intended. restaurant was busy but spacious so it never felt crowded.
