new thai food converts. thai spice would convert the most rabid of thai food haters to lovers. other reviewers have stated that the restaurant is clean, the food is clean and they are absolutely right. the food is exceptionally good - well balanced spices whether mild or hot, fresh ingredients, made to order and presented very well. the serving staff was wonderful to us, guiding a couple of adventurous old 4arts through the menu and helping us decide what we would like after a few quick questions. our late lunch there was a delightful experience. we've be singing its praises to everyone we meet.

this is the best food ever!! my husband and i sometimes go twice a week! the only complaint we have is recently we were there on a sunday and had a terrible waitress. absolutely terrible. we had never experienced this here.

thai done right.... just completed lunch at thai spice and must say i was very impressed. the establishment is clean with pleasant decor and gracious service. i really suggest trying the glass noodle soup as a starter. every bite was full of fresh tropical notes as well as splendid aromas. i ordered the masaman curry with squid as an entre. i have been to some thai establishments that dont get squid right, however, the squid in this dish was perfect. great flavor and not at all chewy. so happy i got to try this place. i will be back.enjoy!

first of all, i love curry and that's why we picked this place. it is unassuming from the street, but the atmosphere inside is nice. completely packed house, lots of take out orders, many families. prices were very reasonable, especially the wine. you can bring your own or order bottles at state minimum with just a $3 corking fee either way. also, for the kids, they have bubble tea and bubble smoothies which are very popular. the service was great, food was delicious, and overall dining experience was fantastic. will definitely be back.

ate lunch here based upon zomato review rating - very nice atmosphere- had the chicken dumplings that were very tasty and my first time for the pad kee mao - very good! great service and reasonably priced!

this place sucks. the food quality is so inconsistent. only order from here out of convenience, and not often.  food has no taste thats good. it is just sloppy slop. ordered tonight, no flavor,and my eggroll wraps were all unwrapped in the container(carryout) sauce was old and crusty.  i keep trying, but this place continues to dissapoint. now they supposedly have a new menu. good luck its also bad.  i would say to them: please think about the flavor and quality. clean it up. its so messy. and, make it taste like thai food please.  i wont be back.

takeout is not something this restaurant does well. called at 6:53pm, was placed on hold for almost 5 minutes. placed my order and was told at 7:00pm it would be 25-30 minutes. at 7:53pm my order was ready and paid for. one item, taro frozen shake with bubbles was missing bubbles.

i'm sure the food is fantastic but service, customer service and accuracy need improvement.

be prepared for a long wait. the food is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. i ordered takeout on a weekend night and the food wasn't ready by the time we were told it would be, but the hostess was extremely apologetic and offered water and tea while we waited.

great place.... great food...though, not your run of the mill 'chinese place'. i've been to bangkok several times, and this comes pretty close. can be a bit pricey though.

my only gripe is that they need to change the menu, and perhaps have a daily special.

disappointed. the steak phu broth was amazing, but the steak was overcooked and tough. the pork stir fry was delicious, but the spring roll appetizer was overcooked and greasy. and the service was very very slow. the floor was completely empty of servers for long periods of time. overall, a disappointing experience.

yum. loved it.

we found this place while visiting looking for apartments. glad we did.

don't miss the tapioca bubble slushies!! so far we have tried the pina colada, kiwi-strawberry and dragonfruit - they were all great!

the coconut curry was great and the cucumber salad that is served with the chicken satay appetizer was fab.

definitely will be back!

tried this place because of the good reviews and was not pleased. the summer rolls were fine but the entrees were terrible. we had the pik king and the masaman and both were drenched in coconut milk. the pik king had raw chives and giant pieces of ginger (not even galangal) and the meat was undercooked with no flavor. i didnt taste any curry or pik king chili paste at all. the masaman was even worse... had all the flaws of the previous dish and everything had no flavor except a disgusting rotten seafood flavor.

overall the food we had was pretty bad and this is not even real thai. although they do serve chinese and vietnamese dishes, i doubt they are any better...

bottom line if you're looking for good thai food, go somewhere else.

we went here because of the great reviews. what a disappointment. my wife loves pad thai, but she didn't even finish half of her plate. it was bland and had a strange base flavor. my dish was average. we won't be going back. i don't know how this place gets such great reviews.

authenic thai food. been here few times and love the place. have tried the duck curry, vietnamese grilled pork chop(kids favorite) and few other dishes. they were excellent. but if you want to eat pho i recommend you go to superior pho in downtown cleveland.
