one of the best place to hangout in kphb fourm mall ,staff: friendly and helpful, virgin orange juice is very good , starters wings very tasty and main course with braccoli is awesome 😊

i have this place a lot of times as this is close to where i stay. thestaffis very nice and cordial. we ordered steak which was very chewy and when we complained about it, they took it back and gave a complimentary desert which was very tasty. never tried desert in that place. food is a little expensive but its one of the most decent place to hang out.

its great to spend time out here with the descent food and quality beverages. best place to chill out and chit chat with your friends. i'm glad to find out if u come alone to this place thestaffwill never dissopoint you. i bet you will be having a great conversations with them. when u go ull find out by urself.

poor experience, unexpectedly, at tgi friday.staffwas slow in tending to the table, and surprisingly arrogant. food was average, at best. furniture was uncomfortable, broken/torn at places and condescending attitude from the executive during bill payment was just a cherry on top of an overall disappointing outing.

had to visit this american restaurant chain for obvious reasons. we visited on the new year's eve. located on the fourth floor of forum mall, this opens to a nice ambience with a spacious seating. the crowd was good, too. coming to food, we ordered premium veg platter. too good. loved the potato skins and fried mozarella which was really cheesy. next up, sesame fish fingers which was equally great. margherita pizza was okayish. we'd ordered some drinks too.staffwas courteous. the only downside was the price and the quantity given for it. the place's expensive so i recommend one going here during their happy hours. overall, a good experience.

the restaurant attracted me with it's finesse in terms of ambience and calm interiors with soothing music in the background. the dry day was an opportunity to sink in the pleasantness of place. had cottage cheese tchoupatoulis which was lip-smacking.  the crispy onion rings were a highlight of the dish.  only missing component was the mushroom. the inside environment stoked an unhurried indulgence in the food, relishing every bit of it with my best company. thestaffattended us well inquiring after the taste of food which was praise-worthy.

i personally had very bad and brutal experience, thestaffwere very rude and almost fought.

this place allows known people to party beyond closing hours and kicks out unknown customers on time. rules should be applicable for everyone.

average place, average food, worststaffand administration. i regret the visit.

nice place. food is also good.staffare also good. the mashed potato came with our order taste not that good. the cheese is not mixed properly and the quantity of cheese is ore then what it supposed to. you feel like eating cheese rather then mashed potato. the taste is different then tgi friday in us.

this place is quite good and serves decent food and you will not regret visiting this place

the place is located inside forum mall on the top floor. the ambience is standard tgi with nice interiors.

food -4/5
the food is pretty good here. you will love the sesame fish fingers. the pepper roasted chicken is also very good. i loved the pasta as well. i got a mixed sauce pasta with some chicken it was really well done. the pizza are also pretty good. overall you will not regret ordering anything off the menu.

service -5/5
thestaffis very good and helps you a lot with the orders. food service is decent but on busy days it takes quite some time.

overall, a good place to visit especially if you want to hang out with friends for a couple of drinks.

option for vegetarians are limited with delayed service. for the cost per dish i would expect varieties and better service.staffis polite and courteous. it’s good for people who prefer drinks as priority with food. not otherwise.

visited this in a friday afternoon after a bit of shopping. they have some good offers on fridays (of course!) to pull you in. ambience is good,staffis warm. we ordered wings which was good. burger had too much bbq sauce and made it taste like a dessert! usp remains the location, not worth going just for the food!
