horrible experience. went out for a family dinner.. ordered the chicken platter anddrinksfor starters... served almost after an hour and the food was cold. just couldn't stand it.. paid the bill and walked out... avoid it if you can

had gone on a friday to enjoy the bogo offer on liit and chicken wings. got a table near the bar counter. what i saw next left me with a “bad taste”. i noticed that they were flushing ice cubes from used glasses into their ice box and filling the same glasses with freshdrinkswithout even making any effort to wash them. this seemed to be their way of ensuring that customers enjoyed every worth of the penny spent by enjoying the new as well as the previous drink. way to go!

tgif has always been one my favorite american tex-mex destination. along with mouth watering food, they serve 1+1drinksduring happy hours making everyday seem like friday.

i absolutely love the meat lovers pizza and is my go-to order whenever i visit.

had to visit this american restaurant chain for obvious reasons. we visited on the new year's eve. located on the fourth floor of forum mall, this opens to a nice ambience with a spacious seating. the crowd was good, too. coming to food, we ordered premium veg platter. too good. loved the potato skins and fried mozarella which was really cheesy. next up, sesame fish fingers which was equally great. margherita pizza was okayish. we'd ordered somedrinkstoo. staff was courteous. the only downside was the price and the quantity given for it. the place's expensive so i recommend one going here during their happy hours. overall, a good experience.

robin is the highlight of my trips to tgif, he is a star and truly deserves the best. he is friendly and suggest amazingdrinksand food. he even remembers what you usually like to order and that’s the quality of an expert. thanks robin!

well its one of my favorite place in hyderabad.

best place to hangout with friends along with great food and drinks.

good food specially pizza. good ambiance and in good pricing.

people can also avail happy hours for (1 + 1).

you get wide variety of cocktails and mock-tails.

you also get draught beer.

awesone place | nice ambiance | good food | good service | nice offers ondrinksand beers.

we had gone for a office get together. we ordered almost all varieties of chicken wings but i really ghost peppers (though it is really hot). friday's tennessee chicken and shrimp was great. shrimp was was excellent. however, the reason for me giving three stars is that tgif served sub-standard cocktails. cosmopolitan, lit and mojito did not taste/feel having any alcohol. they tasted like juice/water. highly disappointed considering the high price we paid for them. we felt cheated and will not recommend anyone to go here fordrinkshere. management of tgif (if you're reading), please don't cheat customers with fake cocktails/drinks.

option for vegetarians are limited with delayed service. for the cost per dish i would expect varieties and better service. staff is polite and courteous. it’s good for people who preferdrinksas priority with food. not otherwise.

sunday noon lunch visit. at first want to complement the staff who are extremely happy and friendly to serve, reminded me of good times 22 years ago when tgi started in delhi first. enjoyed zomato gold one plus ondrinksboth liit and mohjito were 5/5, really nice. i have had this in tgi across 7-8 countries and this was quite same quality. for food ordered chicken nachoes with lots of salad in it, full meal in itself could not finish taste (3/5), presentation (4/5), but got a surprise when it was given in fresh smaller plate again after 45 min complimentory as earlier one was cold this gesture was really nice.

will surely visit again, keep up the good work.
