horrible experience. went out for a family dinner.. ordered the chicken platter and drinks for starters... served almost after an hour and thefoodwas cold. just couldn't stand it.. paid the bill and walked out... avoid it if you can

we visited the place for a casual outdoor night after bowling. the place has a nice warm and cosy feel to it, with proper indoor decor, giving it the classic american pub look.

we were really psyched to try out the two dishes
1. chimichurri chicken wings: turned out to be good finger food. the chicken garnished with green sauce sent happy notes on the palate.
2. baby pork ribs with chicken steak: baby pork ribs with peri peri sauce is an absolute classic and must try if one hasn't till now. tgif manages to offer the same taste across different branches in different countries. for me, the taste was exact same as when i had it in dubai.

meanwhile we ordered classic margarita and liit.
liit could have been better.
so the next order we placed was two electric ultimate liit (see photos attached). this one was indeed good as we asked for less ice.

i would recommend this place for a casual hangout as this place has a lot to offer fromfoodto drinks. they have got you covered.

sorry you guys don’t have less than one or negative points so that was minimum that i gave but you guys don’t even deserve that . i went with my wife on thursday day to forum mall tgi fridays kukatpally for having a some food, i ordered quesadillas and burger, i just have 2/3 bites my burger , suddenly i found a long hair inside from the burger omg , i feel vomiting , i can’t have myfood, there are no attentive servers who serve in our table and suddenly some other server just crushed my sitting area , i called and told him to that guys call your manager. the manager don’t have look executive personality ( i am not sure his a manager or what) i think he is not able to satisfy a customer problem, even he don’t know how talk at this kind of seatution. at end of my billing time they are asking my number , why-? cause of regular customer memberships . if you guys sever very very worstfoodhow can you expecting more regular customers , and the customer gave you his correct personal number to you .

have been to this place on monday, just a normal visit during shopping. the ambience is good and attractive. the place is spacious. i visited after having lunch in thefoodcourt and couldn't order food. hence ordered drinks. i ordered margarita and my partner ordered mojito. mojito is not good but margarita is ok. the quantity of ice in the glasses is more than required and it makes the quantity of drink less. if i ever happened to visit again i should try food.

i have this place a lot of times as this is close to where i stay. the staff is very nice and cordial. we ordered steak which was very chewy and when we complained about it, they took it back and gave a complimentary desert which was very tasty. never tried desert in that place.foodis a little expensive but its one of the most decent place to hang out.

what was a great treated by my lovely friends we had in tgif forum sujana mall last night there was many kind of of cocktail and uniquefoodand amazing whisky brands we enjoyed there.the ambience is very cool .

tgif is the one restaurant that will follow your instructions to the t.

south indians will hate the taste offoodhere. we have tasted redhot boneless chicken and it was just bland. only thing we could find tasty in the chicken platter was the schezwan sauce that is served as accompaniment.

its great to spend time out here with the descentfoodand quality beverages. best place to chill out and chit chat with your friends. i'm glad to find out if u come alone to this place the staff will never dissopoint you. i bet you will be having a great conversations with them. when u go ull find out by urself.

poor experience, unexpectedly, at tgi friday. staff was slow in tending to the table, and surprisingly arrogant.foodwas average, at best. furniture was uncomfortable, broken/torn at places and condescending attitude from the executive during bill payment was just a cherry on top of an overall disappointing outing.

thefoodis not authentic. some guy running a road side mess is managing the kitchen. not worth even half the money. the barkeep doesn’t know to prepare a hot toddy. useless. skip this place.

as the name suggests thank god its friday

so went for a friday fun.

from outside looks happening with peppy music and awesome decor

however once enter its mostly empty even though its a friday

the menu had lot of option

but found every item extremely over priced

we opted for beer bucket and non veg platter

i didn’t find thefoodthat tasty compared to the price

the draught beer was ok types

so it was an average experience
