strange experience. service was really good for my friends who accompanied me.
they took over an hour to make my burger.
my friends had eaten their steak and dessert when my burger arrived. i had to go upto the kitchen myself to check, when the chef said the order had been punched an hour after the order was placed with the waiter. they were super apologetic about the mix up and offered to waive off my bill. unfortunate as the place has so much potential otherwise.

super ambience. great buzz and vibe here. especially nice if you are in southgoaand looking for something more lively.

food & drink
super cocktails. the old fashioned and margarita was one of the best we’ve had.
food was decent. steak was 4/5, truffle fries was a 4/5 and my delayed burger was a 4/5 as well.

i guess the training to the staff is - ‘be a jerk to the guests, it makes us look classy’
the server had a rude, random, sarcastic reply to any request. he thought he had super power to judge the purchasing power and the class of the guests.
firefly had three places ingoathat sequentially have closed. if they continue this way, this is next in line.

the food and cocktails are actually good. that’s why i couldn’t give a 1 star.

one of the best cocktail bars ingoawith one the best bars in the country! food was amazing and the vibe is awesome.
