finally paid a visit to goa's top-ranking bar, @bartesouro in colva. its lively ambiance (with the bartenders adding so much personality to the space), good food for the most part, and extraordinary drinks set it apart.
the choriço hummus andchickenwings with margao chili dust were stellar, while the bacon aglio-e-olio and bacon+cheese croquettes were just about alright.
while the space was a bit too dark for good photos as you can tell, it's one of those places you should visit. make reservations.
