finally paid a visit to goa's top-ranking bar, @bartesouro in colva. its lively ambiance (with the bartenders adding so much personality to the space), goodfoodfor the most part, and extraordinary drinks set it apart.

the choriço hummus and chicken wings with margao chili dust were stellar, while the bacon aglio-e-olio and bacon+cheese croquettes were just about alright.

while the space was a bit too dark for good photos as you can tell, it's one of those places you should visit. make reservations.

really nice bar in s goa. great vibe, goodfoodand outstanding cocktails. we had the salty bae and the midnight brekkie and both were excellent. special shout-out to errol for his service and recommendations.

cocktails were great.

food is average. the chicken sando was exceptional. apart from that the rest of thefoodwas average. i found the chicken steak to be rubbery and stretchy.

polenta was ok. i found the spaghetti with truffles to be lacking in truffle. hummus was nice.

i guess the training to the staff is - ‘be a jerk to the guests, it makes us look classy’
the server had a rude, random, sarcastic reply to any request. he thought he had super power to judge the purchasing power and the class of the guests.
firefly had three places in goa that sequentially have closed. if they continue this way, this is next in line.

thefoodand cocktails are actually good. that’s why i couldn’t give a 1 star.

finally wound up here after hearing about it through more people than i can count - fabulous! thefoodis amazing and the cocktails are quite extraordinary - never seen such a cocktail menu anywhere! the team is super friendly and makes stellar recommendations! the neighborhood pub meets elevated cocktails meets fine dining taste & presentation = absolute win! thank you for a wonderfully spent afternoon ❤️

lovely cafe with extraordinary cocktails, the flavours are unique and very charming. thefooddoes not disappoint either. we had spaghetti, chicken burger, grilled chicken.... everything was delicious.

went there after seeing google reviews, we ordered panini pork bun and grilled chicken burger, they took 45 minutes to make a grilled chicken burger, place is highly overpriced and with very limited menu, you may wanna skip it and head over to martins corner if you want goodfoodfor your money.

my husband and i just went to tesouro for a few drinks. absolutely loved the cocktails by bartender aniket andfoodby chef suchet. had a great experience and a fun time! definitely recommending to friends and coming back ourselves!

standard rule of any restaurant, make the guests feel welcome, hospitable. smirking at them is not very hospitable or welcoming, it's a very off putting experience.
overpriced items is ok since it is known to customers before ordering. but serving an accompaniment (extra cheese) and charging half a regular dish cost for it without informing customers in advance is not only not acceptable, it's borderline cheating.

menu - it seems like all you want to sell is booze and no food. if i count the veg options, i won't need 10 fingers.

also, pricing truffle as per actual while serving a powdered version of it is disgraceful.

only thing good - the cocktails.

what a fantastic experience! from the point you book your table, to the crews suggestions, to the presentation, tofood& drinks and on and on .... everything to the point ! loved every bit of it !!!
