waited much longer but thats worth because prices also cheaper than other shop.

had my cheese and nutella crepes with green milk tea.
taste not bad. will visit back.

honestly my favourite place to get tea.
my favourites are caramel, thai green, oolong, and assam. best is the tea lattes, i don't like milk powder.

and i don't mind lining up cause buy 1 get 1 free.
so of course your gonna have to wait. the maximumtimei've waited is probably 10-15min.

i am a fan of their milk tea and fancy cups! eachtimei pass the town hall station, i will grab a cup of milk tea there. their milk tea is truly amazing and their cups are beautiful. i have been collecting them actually. and the price is super satisfying— 7 dollars for two!

everytimei come here, there is always a line that stretches around the corner and i can see why. not only is the tea brewed from leaves (not teabags) but it’s super cheap! this place has the same $6 for 2 (excluding toppings) deal everyday. the taste of the drinks made here have a strong tea taste and aroma, which makes it a delight to drink. i highly recommend this place for milk tea/tea lovers!!

cheapest place for milk tea but it's become more and more busy. located near town hall station it tends to have a massive line everytimei walk past. it's also cash only. but the service is good and the staff are friendly.

my alltimefavourite place to get milk tea. $7 for two, topping included. there's always a line there but the service is very quick and efficient. must try milk tea flavours: taiwanese, thai, buckwheat, and puer. i have heard people came here for the crispy crepes as well. might try that one day!
* update: took my partner here to try out the milk tea. due to high customer demand, this tea shop failed him twice. the milk tea was not cold at all. you don’t put ice in hot boiling water and expect them to be icy don’t you.

there is a line here at lunchtimequite regularly so i was intrigued. then my colleagues came back with large cups of bubble tea and said they only paid $3 for it, and i realised it was this exact place. they have a few deals going on, the most appealing to me was the 2 for $6 so my friend and i went to get ourselves some tea. the cup they give you is huge and they have plenty of flavours to choose from. you can choose the amount of sugar you'd like as well. for the price you're paying, yes it is worth it.

store sells bubble teas, as well crispy crepes and macarons. i usually visit to get their nutella crispy crepes ($3), which are made to order so it requires a bit of a wait before they're ready.

however, on my latest visit, i was rather disappointed as the crepe i was served wasn't quite a full circle and a tad overcooked (usually they will dispose of the crepe and start again but the staff member didn't bother thistimeround). i also didn't appreciate it when they spread a generous amount of nutella across the entire crepe of the previous (non-asian) customer, yet barely covered half of the next crepe with a thin layer of nutella...

this kiosk would be hard to find if it weren't for the long queue where everyone lines up to get cheap tea and crepes. there are lots of "buy one get one free" deals in regards to the tea, however my heart was set on a crepe thistimeand i settled on one with black sesame paste. yeah, the wait is around 10 minutes but fair enough since there was only one staff member working on the crepes (respect to her, it looks like a busy job). they do cook the crepes for a while though, resulting in a fortune-cookie-esque crunch. overall an easy, affordable, and tasty dessert and best to eat whilst walking (so the crumbs fall on the floor and not on you)
