we’ve tried thisplaceout several times over the last 3 years and the past year has shown to be the worst for them. worst customer service ever. i would call and explain to the manager, but they’re always “busy” and the employees don’t give a crap about your feelings. i have never been treated so horribly and rudely in my life. also, their chicken on their alfredo comes with bones in it apparently. they don’t advertise that, so here’s your warning. my husband choked on bones, spit them out, called the restaurant and informed them and the employee said “ok, thanks for telling me.”
we will not be going back there again. horrible service and only “decent” food.

this is our favorite restaurant and has been for years! we've been going here consistently for 3 years now and the service is always amazing and the food is always perfect. i couldn't recommend thisplaceenough! the mirabella's special is our favorite and the desiree cake is to die for! the mood and feel of the restaurant is soft and relaxing. the staff are wonderful. there's nothing i would change!

i'm already a lover of pasta, but the dish i got here really sealed the deal. from the fresh baked bread to the fruit infused water, i was very impressed with the experience.

thiis is a favoriteplaceof mine! beautiful atmosphere. great food and wine. my favorite dish is their seafood stromboli. it's absolute heaven on earth! also their salads are so fresh and tasty. i had one with chunks of pear in it. so good! everything i've tried here was great.

great italian food restaurant. homemade lemoncello and not a bad wine list for such a small town. don't compare thisplaceto olive garden.

excellent dinner out. i have 3 kids (including a 1 and a 2 year old) and i've always been a bit intimidated bringing them out to thisplaceto try it out, but finally decided to cave and bring them out after being assured that it was ok to bring them.

it's a fairly noisy environment, and the kids fit right in thankfully. the food was incredibly flavorful. we had stuffed olives for appetizer, and for maincourse i had stromboli and my wife had some pesto pasta stuff i don't know how to pronounce.

the kids meals aren't on menu, but a great deal (and huge). it was a pizza bigger than their plates for a very reasonable price. i would have had a glowing review even before dessert pushed it from a great experience to one of the best i've had.

the cake similar to tres leches cake is just to die for, and i will go back here just for it many times in the future i feel.

service was excellent, and i was overall very happy.

i don't understand all of the bad reviews. my boyfriend and i are both foodies and we can not get enough of this place! everything we have tried is delicious (definitely recommend the lasagna or giovanni pizza)! the servers have always been attentive and very friendly. to me, the prices seem very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. i would definitely say that thisplaceis a must try in bentonville! i'm a local and it's my favorite!

pretty good. went here for my birthday dinner. the service was good but the decor is a bit funky for the classy italian food they serve. my vegetarian lasagna was good, and a big portion, but it pretty much tasted like eggplant parmesan in lasagna form, and i couldn't taste the different types of cheese. my mom got the crab mac and cheese and enjoyed it, but my dad was even more excited and pleased with his gnocchi formagi. the desiree cake for dessert was creamy and good, very moist/soft from the cream they soak it in, but i couldn't really taste the nutella which i was looking forward to. all in all, it is a greatplaceto go for classy italian food.

3 strikes you're out!. we have given thisplace3 chances. the first two times my order was completely messed up.

tonight we reluctantly visited for a friends birthday. guess what? yep, only this time it was my wife's meal. it didn't show up...until most of the rest of us were done eating. she refused it. the manager apologized but we are done with this overpriced and under quality eatery.

there are many more options in nw arkansas that want your business more than tavola. save yourself some time, a lot of money and huge batch of disappointment and find somewhere else where they care about serving items worthy of your hard earned money.

great food! i had the crab macaroni and cheese and my husband had the lasagna. we thought theplacehad a great atmosphere as well. however, it was a pretty smallplaceand felt a little cramped in the area they sat us in. overall, a good experience and we will go back!!

not worth the money. unless you enjoy yuppie fads and false facade of italian eatery, thisplacehas some work cut out for it. i find it disturbing that they think they can name dishes with foreign names and jack the prices to ridiculous heights and call it fine dining.

the atmosphere was dull and loud, concrete floors, everything echoed, the drapes were atrocious for our server had to fight them off just to set our plates at our table. our party of six was very disappointed and won't return to such a mess. i can find better salmon dishes at applebee's, unfortunately for well less than $20 a plate.

not one of the dishes served made our taste buds yearn for more, barely even tingling the senses. just stripping our wallets.

thisplacewas decent. the crab ravioli was pretty good. i did not care at all for the "italian" pho. i think it was an insult to vietnamese every where. i tried the spaghetti bolognese. it was made with wagyu beef. i think they would have been better if using veal. i am sure they wanted to be perceived sophisticated. the owner did come by to check on things. to bad it was only when i had my appetizer. i think i would still recommend this place. the pros out weigh the cons.

bestplacein town!. i have only just recently moved to bentonville, but tavola is definitely the best restaurant in town and now a regular stop on my tour for visiting friends and family. although the cusine is an italian-american blend, after travelling extensively in italy, i can say that tavola's pomodoro sauce is the real deal! i loved their melt-in-your mouth veal osso buco and reccomend the seafood--the ahi tuna and mussels were fresh and delicious. oh! and the focaccia bread. sublime! to top it off, the staff and management are friendly and accomodating.

awesome. wow! so happy aplacelike this is in bentonville!! food was fantastic, service was great and the crowd is happening. nice ambience and the food was well prepared and unusual. i will be back!!
