it's was worst experience i had in taj hotel plz don't everordergrill chicken in this restaurant as iorderbut it was not worth

the chicken in the chicken kadhai dish was not cooked properly. will neverorderfrom here.

it was a great that person had delivered theorderon time and in hospital well done zomato and the field executive

taste of chicken felt like chewing. a rubber also mayonnaise provide like gum ... request everyone notorderanymore from this shitty hotel..

never everorderform here again ..its never the old taj taste

the test was really yuck. they burnt pieces….. i will suggest not toorderthis chicken lollipop very very very pathetic test

zomotoorderdelivery is fast enough but the hotel 🏨 is very bad because they sell uncooked tandoori and very cheap quality packaging missing gravy n something about to eat..

horrible food,service pathetic,v diry hotel and staff v.lazy n rude,over all v poor standard,we were served wrongorderthen when complainedorderchanged but what we were served was god knows what,it wasnt edible at all.

worst service, never receivedordereven after 2 hours then went out to buy from nearby restaurant. pathetic service. when i called taj they said to contact zomata, when i emailed zomata then no response. waste of my time. do not place anyorderfrom them. rude and timewaster

order was over delayed. waited more than an hour to get theorderpacked.

collect theorderback and repay the money

i would notorderon zomato again or from hotel taj. there was no meat in it, only fat and bones, it had some kind of smell too.

as expected taj will not honor a customer and will not acknowledge their fault! i ordered food and made 4 calls. and they are unwilling to accept and honor my request. i spent 850 and threw the food as it would only lead to food poison! don'torderfrom these idiots who can't either speak or respect my concern. the food was not cooked. useless fellows..bloody waste of time.

inspite of being such a popular restaurant in the heart of shivaji nagar, the services offered by this restaurant is awfully poor. the staff is ill-mannerably rude to the customers and very argumentative. as for the food, the chicken kebab and tandoori is quite tasty. but the mutton is a strict no-no.
ps- the waiters had messed up myorderand served chicken at the price of mutton biryani and when pointed out, they argued until we couldn't anymore.

my love for biryani has always taken me places but that has never stopped me from trying out a biryani especially if it is supposed to be that good! 

one of those days landed us here though we have tried their biryani at their other branch - chichabas. i was told that this was the original and one of the oldest restaurants in bangalore. 

luckily for us that day the crowd during lunch was quite manageable and we got a table in 5 minutes which i hear is quite rare. since we were ravenous and not sure when we would make it to this part of the city again we decided to overorder- sheesh kebab, chicken kebab and mutton biryani (2 plates) - yes, all this for 2 people! our attendant give us the look that we were a bit looney nevertheless brought it all to our table within 10 mins. that is what i love about such places, the food is served in a jiffy. 

the mutton biryani was true to its hype and we enjoyed it thoroughly. the kebab was as expected though i was not too fond of the sheesh kebab ( i guess i am still not a lamb person). 

my choice for one of the better mutton biryani's in the city.
