wow, we had a friend take us here for breakfast and we all loved our choices. huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, breakfast tacos were all excellent. fantasticservicefor a great price will bring us back.

this place is absolute garbage. the menu gives a choice between soft, crispy, and extra crispy tripas. they came soft and was told by our horrible waitress thats the only way they make it! look at your menu dummy! ordered an enchilada plate with a crispy taco with your choice of chicken or beef. did the waitress ask which on i wanted? no. she just served it with whatever she wanted. the tea was salty! yes salty! no door on stall in the men's room. food andservicesucked!!! don't come here!

the restaurant'sservicewas not to bad i would say mediocre quality. the food was not to bad either but i won't spend money in a place that i can do better myself at home. our server was friendly.

good but not great breakfast tacos. the filling is consistently too greasy and it ruins the pillowy softness of their perfect tortilla !

seriously though, i've been looking for tortillas like this ever since my grandma stopped making them due to arthritis. they are oil based and heavy on the baking powder so a little puffy and not greasy at all. they come out a little crispy too which some may not like. overall maybe the best tortilla in the city.

the other thing is that theserviceis also spotty and the place feels like it needs a deep cleaning. i'd be back if i was in the neighborhood but wouldn't make a special trip down here to eat.

friendly, attentive and promptserviceeven in the middle of a huge breakfast rush. breakfast plates and tacos were yummy. will definitely stop by when we're in town again. our kids cleaned their plates which is not normal for them. :)

nice restaurant and bar serving above average tex-mex. kind of a sports bar environment. servers are polite andserviceis quick. the dining room is clean and this place has the capacity to handle large groups. good people serving good food for a reasonable price. thumbs up! enjoy!

eaten there 10+ times. gets busy on the weekends but well worth the wait! good authentic mexican food at good prices. menu is extensive, place is clean and theserviceis good. i'm a local and this mexican restaurant is a gem!

great food!. i ate there for the first time time tonight. i would go back in a heartbeat. the fish/shrimp tacos were the best i have ever eaten. theservicewas awesome.

so disappointed! the food was bland & not what was ordered. the workers were cleaning as we ate, we couldn't even finish our meal because the smell of cleaner was overwhelming. it's a shame the food &servicewas not what we had hoped. not going back.

customerservicemeans 0! ordered 4 tacos, verified 2, got there and confirmed again then left w/ 3 & when i called they say "u only paid for 3". i told them the point is that i specifically ordered 4, now whether i was charged for 3 is irrelevant. i spoke to 2 different people whom i repeated my order and the fact that no accommodation was made to rectify their mistake i got a "well next time check your bag before leaving". epitome of bad service! won't return or recommend to anyone

i have praised this place for awesome mexican food before. i finally tried the 26. tommy’s carne de puerco en chile colorado. the best i have had! just take your fresh homemade tortilla tear off a piece and scoop up a piece with sauce and enjoy! it melts in your mouth the meat is so tender and the sauce is rich and flavorful!

lunchtime favorite. i go here for lunch with coworkers on average 2-3 times a month. they recently updated the inside.serviceis good and i have a hard time resisting getting the cheese enchiladas, i think it is the sauce they are just so good. the ralphies special is always good as is any thing i have ever ordered there. they fill up at lunch and it can be a little noisy, but is part of the ambience.

not the best but okay. opens at 6 a.m. during the week. arrived about 7:30 a.m. bathroom was a mess and smelled like a sewer. ordered taco on corn tortilla. the corn tortillas are made there but this one didn't have that great slightly toasted exterior and tender interior that we love. it was barely warm and had no color at all such as warming on a comal would impart. the salsa verde was good; so was theservicebut i will not go out of my way. any restaurant that is voted the best in san antonio needs consistent quality.

ralphie's special. theserviceis not good and the chips could be better. the breakfast tacos are good. i like to order the ralphie's special for lunch. it is 3 chicken tacos topped with cabbage, lettuce, tomato, and lemon.
