authentic izakaya. the real deal, my wife was having flashbacks of her time spent in japan. agreatjapanese style beer hall with lots of little dishes... ideally you have a beer/sake, a little food, another drink, more food... the fish was the freshest i have ever had, the yakitori was beautiful, but their okonomiyaki is now in my top ten list of best things ever eaten. and yes it is better than any of the izakayas i have tried in portland... but yuzu in beaverton has it beat.
