dining experience. ordered 4 dishes. overall rating 4.5, only a bit expensive otherwise taste is 5.
amritsari fried fish - great taste. not oily at all.
tawa chicken - authentic flavours. must try.
muttontikka- never hadtikkalike this. super tasty and praise worthy. do try. you can have it with a side order of roti or naan to complement.
mutton chap curry - again, great taste and must try.

please note it will give you typical taste of dhaba dishes with masalas and ghee/oil.

the owner himself looks into your orders and recommends best dishes. :)

surjit food plaza is one of the best non-veg destination for non veg food lovers ill.i had tried their chicken masala, chicken kali mirch ,muttontikkaand to be honest these all are one of the finest non veg dishes one can get. strongly recommended

discovered this food joint when i was visiting amritsar through online reviews in various food blogs and what an experience it was. this restaurant delivers on your need for lip smacking food. the amritsari fish was optimum fried in a way that the fish was juicy. the muttontikkamasala had the moderation of spices roasted in ghee. even the kulcha was delicious. prompt and courteous staff

overall great experience will surely recommend this place to friends and family visiting amritsar

my wife had the all famous non-veg food but my veggie pallet was thrilled to bits with their mushroomtikkaand paneer naan with gravy. the must visit for veggie lovers, too!

i was recommended this amazing restaurant by a friend. he had told us to visit here for great amritsari fish and non veg food. we tried the muttontikkaand tawa chicken here too and were delighted. it was an amazing experience dining here. the tandoori chicken was soft and juicy. i have never had a better tandoori chicken in delhi. loved the amritsari fish which was well cooked and so delicious. in main course we enjoyed the tawa chicken which was recommended by the host. all of us had a great meal and we recommend this place to all foodies.

been second time to amritsar this time. we have had recommendations about this place and i can tell you it’s more than worth. we were 11 people and not a single person disagrees with what i’ve just written. we tried tawa chicken, mutton chaap with gravy, dal makhani, paneertikkamasala and chicken pulao. they also modified mutton keema naan to mutton keema paratha. everything was just awesome. i feel the place us under rated and deserves more than that. the staff is so humble and nice including the owner. i’d give a 10/10 on everything - start to end, the most amazing experience. if you’re visiting amritsar, there’s no way you miss this while going back home with the most desi, lip smacking flavors! :)

the host (mr. surjit) is a delight to talk to. he recommends amazing things and makes them for you himself many a times. muttontikkastole the show and is probably the best one out there. it is prepared with ghee which gives it the melt in mouth taste. amritsari fish is also a must. please go and talk to the owner and enjoy a wonderful time.

we went there to try their famous "tawa chicken pulao". the one with the secret recipe.
the owner was very polite and friendly. he himself prepared the same for us. it was somewhat tasty but not very unique or outstanding.
we recommend the paneertikkaas it was super delicious.
the amritsari fish fry was bland though and need more work on it.

i am short of words to describe the amazing experience there. muttontikkais out of this world and the fruit cream is just wow. to top it all, the owner is great at hospitality. loved it.... highly recommended.

must visit place. me and my friend tried amritsari fish chkntikkaand there super famous chkntikkarice... awesome
best thing about the dishes were desi ghee, fresh ingredients and not a single flavour was heavy on the taste buds. cherry on the cake is the owner is the sweetest and love to talk.this place rocks🤘🏼

yummiest fish fry i ever had.. amritsari fish with minimal coating, crispy.. must have.. fish was very soft as well but crisp from outside. had muttontikkamasala which was also good.. owner himself was inside was in kitchen supervising the chefs. onwer greeted us with great gesture.. very polite and calm.. he feels proud of his food which is true as the food was fresh and yummm..

well on my 3rd visit to amritsar i finally managed to take time out and visit this place. so glad i did so it was totally worth it. although i went her very late for lunch by 4 pm them served me well. the tandori chicken is really amazing and is very different from what we eat in the metro cities like delhi, mumbai and bangalore. it is not red in color and mildly spiced but turns out really food.
must try the muttontikkadry along with the garlic nan. the chutney and raddish goes really well. the service is very prompt and staff is very courteous.

the place was highly rated on google, and rightly so. we tried the paneer tikka, tandoori chicken, muttontikkaand amritsari fish.
the paneer was one of the best any of us has ever had, very soft and light. the fish was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. all in all, a great meal.
the owner was very helpful as well. is definitely worth another visit!

as recommended by all the food pages had amritsar fish and muttontikkagravy here. it was so well cooked and very tasty. i asked the owner, me surjit as to why the place had such low number of guests despite being so highly rated by all food pages. he told me simply that they once used to have a lot of guests. but they never served alcohol. hence number of guests went on decreasing. he was such a humble guy. he told me that despite this he believes that by serving quality food he will get genuine customers. he said that taxi drivers and auto walas don't bring customers here deliberately as other hotels bribe the taxi walas for alcohol and all. really felt nice talking to him.
whosoever reads this, do visit this food joint as it will definitely give u foodgasms
