rude, impersonal. i really like the layout of this place, i just wish that the employees didn't look at everyone around them like they were trash. if you don't have an outgoing personality that's a different thing than having a pretentious attitude. i haven't met everyone but this goes for the majority.

also, the coffee could be better but i'd sayserviceshould be focused on first.

this is, by far, my favorite coffee shop in denver. the food is great, the coffee is fantastic, and their location is second to none. i've never received anything less than exceptionalservicefrom their employees, and i love that the shop is open late on the weekends.
