great patio location just down from where elgin gets super busy. first time there tried a wrap with. salad and my bf had a sandwich with salad. we were pleasantly surprised by how great it was.servicewas ok but wouldn't stop me from returning for some wings and a pint

the place was alright.serviceis good but the food is nothing special.

the cocktails are really yum. had a bourbon bullet and polar vortex. they both were a fantastic mix of alcohol and other juices. te all canadian burger is one of the best in town.serviceis very good too. definitely a must visit place. the alcoholic hot chocolate is great

standard st. louis bar & grillserviceand quality. literally the same whether you're on baseline or in toronto. not a bad thing. the one thing that stands out here is the awesome patio space.

caution: would not honour gift certificates. buyer beware! when trying to pay for a recent meal we were informed we weren't allowed to use our gift certificates on sunday afternoons. there was no mention of this blackout on the certificates, nor on any signage. we were told it was a recent decision by the owner to try and boost business on other nights. needless to say, we would have ordered rather differently had we known that our gift certificates would not be accepted. a ridiculous policy of questionable legality, and absolutely terrible customerservicein dealing with it - we won't be returning.

overall fantastic food in all of there choices. i have ordered the pulled pork tacos, fantastic taste, you can really taste the bbq spicing. when comparing the pulled pork to dns in carlsbag springs, st louis has the wow factor.
the hamburgers are juicy and cooked to perfection, i have only been there a few times and i am overly impressed by the food and theserviceis excellent. friendly staff, the manager is always on site and greets you like family.
we now go there once a week after work to decompress from our jobs.
cannot wait to be there when the patio opens up, the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. must agree that parking around there is limited, you must adhere to parking time allowed or you will get a ticket.

gone down hill!. this used to be a great place to grab some good food and watch the game. now, this is a good place to be ignored for 45 minutes at a time and watch the game.servicesucks. it's a shame.

excellentservice& good food but $$$$$$$. the food was very good. i had wings and cajun chips of somekind. theservicewas very good. all the waitresses are beautyfull. however it is very overpriced!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ it cost me 45$ with tip (20%) and i had 2 beers and 1lbs of wings which came with cajun chips. 45$ and it was just a snack is a little over the top. i think 30$ would be fair.

terrible experience!!!!!. dined here after having a horrible experience at the elgin street location. my partner said maybe they were having an "off" day, and we decided to give the newer location a try.

our waitress was incredibly rude to me and overly attentive to my partner, which we both found very odd and this made us quite uncomfortable. the food was not very good at all. overpriced for the quality and what we got.

it's got great tvs, so if you like sports it would be good, but i wouldn't come here for the food orserviceat all.

we tipped our waitress 15%, even though herservicewas dreadful, and when she saw she her tip on the bill, she ripped the receipt, threw it on the table and walked away without saying a single word (very obviously displeased with us). i believe a 15% tip is standard , and considering herservicewas terrible, she's lucky she got a tip at all from us! we will not return to either location again and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

always wanted to try this place but finding parking on elgin street can be difficult. when i found out they were opening a location across the street from me, it was a no-brainer for me to visit.

i've gone there 5 times and the food has gotten better over time. i've tried their wings, wings poutine, bacon wrapped mac 'n cheese and pulled pork sandwich and they were all decent. i'm not expecting gourmet from them. the prices are lower than its competitors and there are daily deals so getting a decent meal for a good price is easy. only weakness is that their fries are weirdly-cut and so are an acquired taste.

theserviceis quite good and the bartender even remembered my name from my last visit. they do hire on looks but these servers were very good at their jobs. i'll certainly be visiting this place often due to its location. they have plenty of flat screens airing sports and plenty of seating. they get a lot of business during the peak hours or when sporting events are occurring.

recommended.

this place is fantastic. the cajun chips are so yummy. chips with a zing. theservicewas wonderful. fast and friendly. our wing and rib combo was so much we actually brought some home. definitely goin back.

i went here on a wednesday night during a nfl game and the place was busy! i was alone and sat at the bar the bartender (amanda) greeted me quickly and got my drink. theservicewas fast and efficient.i got deep fried pickles and despite the busyness food came out fast and hot. amazing and fun experience, will definitely be returning!

their pulled pork sandwich is the worst i've ever had. the bun didn't taste fresh and the only sauce/spice used in the pulled pork must have been ketchup. my friend walked away from his suicide wings. the patio is great in the summer if you are just having a beer and theservicewas fine.

favorite wings in ottawa. i really enjoy the wings at here. i've tried a variety of flavours. i highly recommend the buffalo ranch, and the sweet (or hot) asian bbq. i would stay clear of their new lime one. their dry flavours are nothing special either, but if you must (like me), cajun is good. tuesday is 1/2 price wing night (with purchase of a beverage), which makes it more than worthwhile to go.

the place is nothing special, it's "just like walking into any bar" as another reviewer put it. if you're going to watch a game, they have a large projector and plenty of decent sized televisions, so you can always find a view.serviceis inconsistent, but on average, i'd say it's subpar. food comes out pretty quickly however, which might make up for the lack of attention, depending on your needs.

overall, i definitely suggest going, especially on tuesday's.

i have been there several times and the food is consistently good. the wings, their specialty, are well seasoned, well cooked and actually look like chicken wings rather than something out of a flintstones cartoon.serviceis fast even when they're busy and there's nothing that would disappoint.
