i came to try thedonutburger and can say i enjoyed the jucy lucy as it was something you wouldn't get anywhere else, great unique flavorings, the cheeto topping was yummmm .. the korean burger sadly i couldn't taste any korean flavorings although both patties were nice and moist .. ill come back and try the chicken burger soon

one of the best burgers i've had. we got the jucy lucy, hot chickendonut(medium) and msg fries.

jucy lucy - the buns were glazed, but not overly sweet, perfectly complementing the savory. the patty was juicy, but not oily or sickening. the creamy bone marrow sauce topped it off.

hot chickendonut- medium is the perfect level of spice to give you a kick. the chicken was very tender, and quite a large portion as well. there was just enough sauce to bring it all together, but not so much that it overpowers the chicken. the pickles were a nice touch as well. yiu have the option of making the buns glazed, i think that would've been just as good as a normal bun.

msg fries - addictive. they're similar in thickness to macdonald fries so they're crunchy. the seasoning is perfect and not too salty. you don't need any dipping sauce.

if you’re like me and love a good burger and a gooddonut(oh and fried chicken‼️), then you’re going to love sneaky snacky. you will find them in the lim chhour food hall on k’road (one of my favourite foodie strips) - think american style burgers with a korean flare. order their hot chickendonutburger and a side of msg fries and you will be set for the night!

the hot chickendonutburger is epic. think succulent juicy nashville hot chicken paired with dill mayo, pickled cucumber, and american cheese (helllooo foodgasm). best part? the bun is a fresh homemade donut‼️ choose sugar glazed or plain; i recommend sugar glazed if you love that sweet/salty combination. this burger is also only $13... such a steal!!!

note: it gets verrrrry messy. so much so they provide you with gloves, which is super fun!

we didn't know what to expact, but because of recommendation from a friend and high reviews, we decided to give this place a chance dispite having certain standards when dinning out. to see what all the hype is about from a unfamiliar food category that was superseded from our lives long ago, luckily we only ordered 1donutburger to share between us. it was literally what it says, a beef patty between sweet glazed donut. other ingredients included oozing cheese, deep fried substances and house sauce. oh did i mention the floriscent chooetos on top. don't like greens? no worries, there are no greens! the ultimate junk food if thats your thing. but to achieve the ultimatum junk food status, why not add a scoop of deep fried ice cream in thedonuthole? i look forward to seeing that on the menu! a memorable experience for many years to come.

donut chicken burger was on point, i guess it’s due to their unique burger bun choice usingdonutinstead of normal bread or brioche. the chicken patty was just way too crispy and juicy.

fried chicken... words simply cant explain the depth of these chicken.. 5/5 texture, 5/5 flavour topped on a slice of sugar glazeddonutbaaaam!

msg fries are probably best fries out there fellas so make sure you order combos.

original glazed burger is definitely best burger out ther in nz, the mixture of sweetness and saltiness, soft and juicy texture that melts in your mouth (there was something crispy inside too)

one downside would be the location, hard to find parking around the area and if they had a standalone shop it would have been more booming!

crazy dirty burger. fabulous tasting glazeddonutbuns with juicy cheesy meaty patty comes with msg fuelled fries. i know your body will hate it but you cant resist it.
it just tastes beautiful.

the guys at sneaky snacky are doing it right! a1! one of aucklands hidden gems. today i got a chance to try the original glazeddonutburger and hoooooly what an insane combination. sweet and savory. wagyu beef patty with the kimchi fritter was just bomb yo! and people are definitely sleeping on the msg fries, made me laugh when i saw it on the menu but damn thats a good fry!
i ate with my eyes before ordering and got the shoyu ramen too haha great food.

definitely coming back to try the chicken burger! 5 stars from me.

frequent customer. best burgers, chicken and fries i’ve ever eaten!!! burgers are juicy and flavourful, combined with the glazeddonutbun it’s the perfect ratio of sweet and savoury, sauce is delicious and idk what seasoning is on those fries but lordyy. i have nothing but good things to say i could go on all night but you’ve got to try it for yourself.

ordered their famous original glazeddonutburger, i wasn’t expecting a pair of disposable gloves to be included in my order but thank god for these gloves because the bun (aka glazed donut) is sticky and sweet, and literally drips. i couldn’t imagine what the combination of the sweetdonut+ kimchi, meat and sriracha would taste like but surprisingly everything fits in nicely. the beef pattie is not a lousy thin one either so i really think this burger is worth way above what you pay for. even their fries are something special, crispy shoestring fries sprinkled with spicy almost tangy powder its very addictive. i think it only took around 10 minutes for the food to be prepared and served.
they operate in a food court, which also adds to that vintage vibe sneaky snacky creates.

even when food is ordered as takeaway, it still tastes good when you get home. maybe its their fancy-looking containers. i wish they had a phone number to call them when making takeaway orders.

first time i went here with my partner i thought “what the hell? adonutburger, that sounds rank”. but then i tried the juicy lucy burger and it was one of the best life choices i have ever made, honestly so good! comes with gloves, 10/10 recxomend🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯

holy moly this place is bomb! got the glazeddonutburger there. it took like 20mins to prepare but that’s alright because i know it was good food waiting for me:) the kimichi and wagyu beef patty went really really well and the sweetness ofdonutand the savoury taste of the kimichi gave a really good combo of flavours.

they were nice enough to provide gloves because you will definitely get messy:)

i went to have a try because its highly rated but it wasn't that good to my expectations. ordered the wagyu beef burger, the wagyu was good but taste weird with the kimchi fritters combination and the choice of sauce. the sweet drizzling over thedonutwas quite unique and i love it.

ordered 2 burgers and the fries with msg off uber eats. the fries were fantastic, seasoning was evenly coated and not too overwhelming. definitely made something relatively plain like fries stand out against other places. the chicken burger was great and had a good level of spice. the chicken itself was crunchy and juicy. definitely did not skimp on portion size. thedonutbun was very soft - not really a "donut" other than its shape but i'm not sure i would've preferred an actualdonutanyway. the beef burger was also very good, the flavours worked well together although the kimchi fritter did get a little soggy and doughy. personally, i'm not too big a fan of excessively sweet things so i probably would've preferred less of it (although i will admit, it did tie the flavours of the burger together nicely). the beef patty was well cooked and not dry at all. overall, the portions were surprisingly good and satisfying, everything was packaged nicely so nothing fell apart or anything during delivery. would definitely order again
