sizzling bite

i thought of giving thisrestauranta try.
4/5 on ambience..and for the food,we’ve ordered garlic pepper sizzler and cranberry iced tea🍹...it was good but not too good!

first - delivery came late , delivery guy blame onrestaurantthat they took too much time to make food , how much time do u need to assemble falafel ( specially every thing is ready inrestaurant) ,

food came in pizza box with differentrestaurantname on the box ,

torestaurant- r u using some otherrestaurantbox for delivery .... ,

second - i ordered - marrakesh falafel , that has lettuce and exotic veg. with falafel , but there were tomato , onion , cucumber and red cabbage in it , they send me wrong falafel , ( may be classic falafel that conatain all these ) , i eat that because i was hungry otherwise i would upload photos of it ,

after eat that i callrestaurant-restaurantstick to that they have made it right and send me right falafel , after i told them no it was not , they offer me whatsapp only coupon , that i can only avail in take away or dine in , because they have no contract with zomato , so i reject it ,

well , food was good - taste , quality and quantity ,

i am not complaining about food , if u have few extra money to spend , go to thisrestaurant, but check before u eat that u get what u order ,

i probably would give 4 star only ifrestaurantnot gave me wrong falafel

sizzling bite, located in the posh piplod area in front of central mall, is a quaint rooftoprestaurantserving quality continental dishes. the main attraction is the unique ambience and the soothing view of the city skyline it provides. the furniture is very arty and it's a beautiful place to spend your evening with friends and family. the food is really very good, though a bit costly.

best thing about resto is its service and location . food is also good. quite pleasant experience .
we ordered pizza and pasta which were really good specially pizza . i suggest thisrestaurantatleast one time .

please provide privacy , you can do your maintenance work whenever therestaurantis closed . otherwise overall it's good for food . thank you ..

the first impression was good as therestauranthad valet service and the outdoor area was really good.
the menu itself was vast and had multiple cuisines available.
the food was average in taste but had good portion size.
the food also arrived in time.

but, the whole experience was ruined by unprofessional management.
to start with, the valet came to the table while we were eating, asked for the card and put the key on table and left. i was dumbfounded to see the exchange mid-dining.
then the tissues came after repeated requests.
the table napkins were also absent.
only a spoon (1 per head) and a damp plate were provided as cutlery.
the manager did not bother to come even after repeatedly asking for him. apparently he was too busy “serving his own tables”, as that’s what he told when i walked upto him. that too when food was served on our plates waiting to be eaten.

so therestauranthas been on my regular visits for quite some time.

my brother and his wife both love this place especially for the sizzlers. i am not a big fan of sizzlers but i visit anyway.

the ambiance.
therestaurantis located at icon business tower near valentine's multiplex.

the outer deck of therestaurantis quite popular, the overall ambiance is bright and lively.

the food.
we ordered the tomato basil soup and burmese khowsuey soup, both were amazing in presentation and flavor. the khowsuey soup was good but had no trace of peanut paste which is desirable according to me.

then there was peri peri potatoes which were good as a dish but peri peri sauce or seasoning doesn't have this much of acidity to their flavor which was due to the excessive use of vinegar in the dish. disappointing.

then we ordered the paneer tikka sizzler and the smoked garlic pepper sizzler where the paneer tikka sizzler was good and had good flavor but the smoked garlic pepper sizzler was okayish as there was no pepper or garlic flavor, it seemed like a bland version of the same.

the service.
the service was fair with servers feeling kind of rushed and busy due to 2 parties at the same time during prime time and this was unfair to the ala carte patrons in my opinion.

overall.
the food was fair, service was good, it has a lot of scope for improvement and surely would wish to come again soon with better clarity on the products and services.

this is not an exaggeration but i had the best experience of my life at sizzling bite. we had kept 2 parties back to back at sizzling bite wherein one was lunch of 50 people n other was dinner of 25. for 50 people they gave us wholerestaurantand for 25 people they have the best arrangement wherein they convert one part of theirrestaurantinto a private banquet. from salad to desert all their dishes were amazing and literally finger licking. all the staff members were so cooperative and serving us with a smile which added to our event. i did not hear no from any of their staff member for any of our demands. taste of paneer lababdar, pizza and crispy chilli honey potatoes was in my mouth for almost 2-3 days. they have the best party menu in town and their owner really takes care of the guests in the best possible way.

i recommend sizzling bite for your next party with 100 percent confidence 😀
