sizzling bite

it's not good on sunday. staff is not working properly. not timely deliver order. pathetic service.
i have ordered classic mint in started. but they forgot order, they have given main course. i am writing this as i am stil restaurant. it's v bad experience in surat when restra staff/chef forgot the order. ridiculous

well, ambience and interiors are descent enough. food and service is pathetic. the staff don't know what they're serving and whom they have to serve. we ordered ice tea, which was being served at another table which they didn't order. we even ordered tortilla, which didn't look like tortilla in the 1st place and secondly we were told that it's a pizza! we even ordered chinese sizzler, which was super oily. our other order included:
tortilla and cheese soup- descent.
mojito: good
ice tea: avoidable
g-spot: okayish
sweet lime soda: average.
nachos: pretty decent but the nachos were very hard and chewey.
french salad: descent.

overall this is not a place i'd visit again. this place is surely avoidable and rather try a new place or repeat the old ones.

worst for booking a benquet hall.... totaly worst service for party or function.. with such a higher payment even they do not have enough servant to serve food in benquet hall. you have to look after everything even after higher payment. food quality not at all good... they charge separate for each and all service they provide in hall which is provided free of cost by others... so dnt go for benquet.. guests reviewed like not worth of money you spent.

well we got very good food quality, very nice serving staff and location.. everything we need is here.. i love ur cheese butter masala sabji.. so yummy.. thank you.. i am happy to give 5 rate for good food quality n satisfaction

non responsive staff and pathetic service. they'll make you wait for an hour before ordering and same post ordering.

various variety of cuisine which are not available in different restraurant, fantastic cafe with different types of mocktials and waffle best place to try new dishes.

saturday night, me and my two other friends planned to have dinner at the sizzling bite. we were starving and just to keep ourselves from waiting, we called the staff and asked them if there was a table available. luckily, there was one.
after settling down comfortably, we placed our order. but, since we were confused and hungry, we asked them to get a pizza and spring rolls first. nothing was extra-ordinary about the dinner.

we ordered:
1. spring rolls: 2.5/5 it was soaked in oil.
2. hungarian paprika (made in mushroom/cottage cheese): we decided to go for cottage cheese (paneer): 4/5. paneer was really soft, creamy and the use of spices were in proper proportion.
3. cheese pepper rice: 4/5. a bed of grated cheese layering rice with the perfect pepper blend. could be paired with a gravy.
4. milano (pizza): 2.5/5. when you first look at it, it looks really tempting. melting cheese all over the crust and vegetables dipped in it. but, unfortunately the crust was hard, edges were burnt and there was again too much oil used. the pizza was literally shining and you could figure out the amount of oil used under the yellow light.
5. the chinese sizzler: 2.5/5 a combination of rice and noodles served with manchurian and paneer and a lot of capsicum and again a lot of oil.
6. lemon iced tea: 3/5. not good, not bad.
7. fresh lime soda: 4/5. i called for sweet and salted mix and it was perfect and refreshing.

our total bill amount was rs. 2122/-. seems like we paid a lot for almost nothing.

the location and the ambiance is good but they totally ruin the mood of it when it comes to the music they play.

not a place, i would like to recommend to anyone i know.

i thought of giving this restaurant a try.

worst experience. the food tastes shitty, so is the service. it’s suffocating to sit there also. the managers and waiters are unresponsive.

had ordered unlimited meal. it was worth it. along with it we ordered mexican falafel, it was ok. had ordered cheesy bite pizza, it was really yum, my kids loved it. overall my family had good time.

i was told that there was atleast ketchup with the pizza. the pizza and garlic bread were badly or rather poorly baked and tasted bland. poor experience

sizzling bite is currently serving a very good buffet meals. the buffet includes soup, salads, starters, pasta, pizza, biryani and brownie. it is definitely value for money. all the food items were good in taste especially garlic bread and noodles. it is worth making a booking for outdoor seating.

food is good but overall experience is terrible. the service was very poor. served ice cold food from buffet. serving staffs were just focused and dedicated to one table, occupied by all girls. we had to ask for food to every passing serving guy who always responds that it’s for another table at first and served after 15-20 mins. feeling was like paid begging. got food after 30 mins of ordering (nothing special it was only nachos). request almost all staff but no one bothered, neither the management. very pale and disinterested admin. should go if have hell lot of time or have nothing to do in life except to waste time and money.

never ever rely for a party. we had a booking for the whole terrace area. the manager flipped from his words. when we reached already 2 tables were full. on telling him about this , he told , cancel the party if you want. manager's attutude is worst. he even told that we won't serve the food. its disgusting. he spoiled the occassion of a 25th anniversary. and then he made sure that he provides the worst service he can. never had any bad experience then this. wont ever go to this place again.

that was may first anniversary day...i found best deal on zomato, i like starters to much...and veg lahori was to good.
but one bad things happen with my partner found staple pin in the peanut chat..
ambiance was ultimate...
