sizzling bite

it's not good on sunday. staff is not working properly. not timely deliver order. pathetic service.
i have ordered classic mint in started. but they forgot order, they have given main course. i am writing this as i am stil restaurant. it's v badexperiencein surat when restra staff/chef forgot the order. ridiculous

food is good but overallexperienceis terrible. the service was very poor. served ice cold food from buffet. serving staffs were just focused and dedicated to one table, occupied by all girls. we had to ask for food to every passing serving guy who always responds that it’s for another table at first and served after 15-20 mins. feeling was like paid begging. got food after 30 mins of ordering (nothing special it was only nachos). request almost all staff but no one bothered, neither the management. very pale and disinterested admin. should go if have hell lot of time or have nothing to do in life except to waste time and money.

never ever rely for a party. we had a booking for the whole terrace area. the manager flipped from his words. when we reached already 2 tables were full. on telling him about this , he told , cancel the party if you want. manager's attutude is worst. he even told that we won't serve the food. its disgusting. he spoiled the occassion of a 25th anniversary. and then he made sure that he provides the worst service he can. never had any badexperiencethen this. wont ever go to this place again.

the service is not up to the mark. the food was not great either. we ordered lasagna and it did not taste like one. mexican burrito sizzler was also not good. all in all theexperiencewas extremely bad.

the food was awesome!!! you can use this place for your lunch as well as dinner for yourexperienceof test as well as variety. so... it was a great place for a party also.

the first impression was good as the restaurant had valet service and the outdoor area was really good.
the menu itself was vast and had multiple cuisines available.
the food was average in taste but had good portion size.
the food also arrived in time.

but, the wholeexperiencewas ruined by unprofessional management.
to start with, the valet came to the table while we were eating, asked for the card and put the key on table and left. i was dumbfounded to see the exchange mid-dining.
then the tissues came after repeated requests.
the table napkins were also absent.
only a spoon (1 per head) and a damp plate were provided as cutlery.
the manager did not bother to come even after repeatedly asking for him. apparently he was too busy “serving his own tables”, as that’s what he told when i walked upto him. that too when food was served on our plates waiting to be eaten.

this is not an exaggeration but i had the bestexperienceof my life at sizzling bite. we had kept 2 parties back to back at sizzling bite wherein one was lunch of 50 people n other was dinner of 25. for 50 people they gave us whole restaurant and for 25 people they have the best arrangement wherein they convert one part of their restaurant into a private banquet. from salad to desert all their dishes were amazing and literally finger licking. all the staff members were so cooperative and serving us with a smile which added to our event. i did not hear no from any of their staff member for any of our demands. taste of paneer lababdar, pizza and crispy chilli honey potatoes was in my mouth for almost 2-3 days. they have the best party menu in town and their owner really takes care of the guests in the best possible way.

menu is good but order takers doesn’t have muchexperiencehow to take order, he make confuse to our family to make a order, he suggest us paneer tikka north indian dish, then suggest pasta which one is italian , then suggest some pizza and finally end with chinese .. taste was good but these mix menu doesn’t sims that resturant is famous for some special variety, i didn’t enjoyed these place with these menu
