thought what better way to soak up a easter monday than tucking into a big bowl of beef pho, and we decided sings will do the job. nothing fancy about the decor or settings on sings, or theservicewhich is prompt and polite. this place is known for no nonsense asian dishes that come out thick and fast, and has a good local following. having some san choy boa for entree, nice little starter and then tucking into our pho, the dish has all the smells of what to expect, good flavours and plenty of beef slices. overall a nice pho and meal for lunch. only small complaint was having to ask for chilli or sauce, as no salt/pepper or sauces on the tables. good value food here though and plenty of choices.
