siliguri kitchen - courtyard by marriott hotel

this is our first visit to siliguri kitchen and we are impressed by theserviceprovided by unish as well as the qualifying of the food. the ambiance of the place and the hospitality staff are equally impressive.

absolutely amazing experience through out , i would like specially take name of lady unish, thanks a ton unish for making my day in siliguri kitchen. ambiance, food variety , standard ofserviceall are spot on. cheers to the entire team siliguri kitchen 👍👍👍👍

the buffet prices mentioned on zomato page is misguiding, please change that.
overall the food was decent. theservicewas good , the manager even catered a special request.
masala coke wasn't a part of menu, when asked if it can be added to the normal coke , the steward confirmed it'll be as per the simple coke's price ( as that's already way above the mrp) however it wasn't so in the bill.

greatserviceas expected. just a complain to the management, they seem to short staffed, which isn't expected from marriott. please look into it.

coming to the food we tried:

1. murgh tikka - 3.5/5. average, no complaints, can obviously be better and softer.
2. fish n chips (bhetki of course) - 5/5. in other places i don't get bhetki so this one take the pie for me. very well cooked.
3. herb chicken roast - 3/5. chicken seemed bland and sauce was too less. the leg piece was good and so credit for that but the breast piece was too bland and hard, could've compensated with more sauce. when i complained to our server, he got me the chef to talk through it and the chef was very understanding and wanted to give us something complimentary for the error. we didn't take it but really appreciate the gesture.
4. tiramisu - 6/5. though i didn't find the ladyfinger, at least not the crunchy one so it lacked authenticity but who cares, i loved it.

overall service: 5/5.

value for money: 4/5. good quantity,serviceand some delicious items make it quite worth the money.

definitely recommend it. looking forward to going again.

and when you go to a restaurant like this, please do not miss to have a dessert 🙂

had ordered chicken red thai curry and masala kulcha. both chef ramola and chef sher bahadur did an excellent job, the chicken was tender and properly cooked and the kulcha was soft and very tasty. thanks siliguri kitchen for the excellentserviceas always!

good food and excellentserviceby miss unish . the ambiance is great too. had a great time with family here. this place is a must visit for excellent food. the quantity of the food is stomach filling.
