the food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. we highly recommend it. the dinner buffet was equally as good. and special thanks to unish and shubham for their services.overall agoodvalue for money.

it’s a great place to eat with family & friends. we really enjoyed the dinner i am a regular customer love the ambience & the people. grishma pays us keen attention & she is always at your beck & call need such lovely staff to make a dining experience pure pleasure able. would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit this place. keep up thegoodwork

i have visited this place 3times and i did enjoy everytime! their dessert section is drooling, i love the varieties. their chicken biryani and chilly fish is delicious. i want a bit of variety in their non veg appetiser! everything isgoodabout this place! i am looking forward to visit this place again. and yes the pictures i have uploaded is from my 3visits.

great food and ambience - all the dishes we ordered were verygood- appetizers, main course & dessert. the staff are also very polite and efficient! - a reallygoodaddition to siliguri culinary scene - in the marriott

the biryani didn’t have any flavour, usually people have biryani because of its lovely aroma - be it kolkata style, awadhi, hyderabadi etc. the biryani was more of chicken rice than being a chicken biryani. for this price point, it is absolutely unacceptable. siliguri kitchen has several dishes reallygoodand i keep ordering frequently almost once a week from them. but chicken biryani wasn’t at all upto the mark.

the buffet prices mentioned on zomato page is misguiding, please change that.
overall the food was decent. the service wasgood, the manager even catered a special request.
masala coke wasn't a part of menu, when asked if it can be added to the normal coke , the steward confirmed it'll be as per the simple coke's price ( as that's already way above the mrp) however it wasn't so in the bill.

great service as expected. just a complain to the management, they seem to short staffed, which isn't expected from marriott. please look into it.

coming to the food we tried:

1. murgh tikka - 3.5/5. average, no complaints, can obviously be better and softer.
2. fish n chips (bhetki of course) - 5/5. in other places i don't get bhetki so this one take the pie for me. very well cooked.
3. herb chicken roast - 3/5. chicken seemed bland and sauce was too less. the leg piece wasgoodand so credit for that but the breast piece was too bland and hard, could've compensated with more sauce. when i complained to our server, he got me the chef to talk through it and the chef was very understanding and wanted to give us something complimentary for the error. we didn't take it but really appreciate the gesture.
4. tiramisu - 6/5. though i didn't find the ladyfinger, at least not the crunchy one so it lacked authenticity but who cares, i loved it.

overall service: 5/5.

value for money: 4/5.goodquantity, service and some delicious items make it quite worth the money.

definitely recommend it. looking forward to going again.

and when you go to a restaurant like this, please do not miss to have a dessert 🙂

food was awesome ,great service withgoodstaffs jaminul, zishan an ranjita ..clean and hygiene with safety measures taken in every step .. very polite behavior by staffs ..surely visit again ...

being a great fan for buffets , i had to try this one out. siliguri kitchen has a huge variety in their buffet to impress you with. with fabulous starters and mouth-watering desserts , they just fill it in for a perfect family dinner or also a date night. don't miss out on the brownie pudding from the desserts and the chicken hyderabadi biryani too.from the a-la-carte section , i would recommend you to try the fish and chips. the sizzler festival didn't come up to be toogoodbut the buffet here is surely promising.

i have stayed at the hotel with my friend around 2 weeks ago. when we reached for breakfast we noticed plentiful occupancy in their restaurant siliguri kitchen. 
restaurant had wide spread of asian, american & continental dishes. cholar dal & puri looked tempting to me so i started with that. dal wasgoodbut puri got burned during preparation because of which it was overpowering the taste. we had mysore masala dosa which was a typical bangalorean. i liked the muesli & flavoured yogurts, it had that perfect sweetness in it with optimum tanginess. 
in the end i went to find deserts & returned with samples of everything as everything appeared to be mouth watering to me. among all the deserts i had tried there, i loved the gulab jamun. the colour & taste of gulab jamun was awesome, as it was made of pure khoya & less of flour, a typical one which you can find only in small town'sgoodsweet shops. 
we also found gurpara in the jar which was difficult to resist. it had samegoodtaste as of gurpara found in towns of up west/punjab. to me desert section was more appealing. 

it was a super morning meal to start our day. considering the category of the restaurant, rating it as below

the newly opened courtyard by marriott is all the city siliguri was in need of. they have an amazing ambiance with an excellent hospitality. i went there with my best friend and our siblings for a weekend dinner. the interior is very sharp and appealing. there are zillions of options for food; starting from indian to continental, thai, oriental. the desserts are to die for. do try out the strawberry roshogolla; one of my favourite pick from the entire range of food options. huge shout out to simran the club select manager for being so warm and welcoming to us. can't wait to go back!
