was invited by @courtyardsiliguri to try out a couple of their signature dishes a few days back and it was anamazingexperience all together.
starting with their courteous hospitality and immense sanitization protocols.
it's one of the safest place to dine-out here in siliguri, as far as my experience.
the dish itself was a stand-out and probably one of my favorites.
the chicken pieces was soft, juicy and tender, packed with spices and cooked perfectly. it actually falls apart in your mouth and you get an array of beautiful spices and the flavor of the chicken.
it had that perfect charred flavour that made it taste even better. 😍
the dahi ke kebab had a very unique flavour.
the "dahi" was fresh and tangy. the kebabs were soft and they just melt away in your mouth.
all in all, each and everything served were absolutely delightful.
