shorebreak pizza & taphouse

excellent late night too!. i just stopped in here in jan while my brother was in town. it was pretty late in the evening at this point however my brother wanted pizza and he wanted it from shorebreak.

by pretty late i would say it was roughly 30 minutes or so before the kitchen was going to shut down. however our bartender took care of us and had our order in immediately and full beers in front of us. about 12-13 minutes later we had a piping hot pizza sitting in front of us and 'game on!'. needless to say a short time later, the pizza was consumed and we were on our way as they were closing up.

excellent meal. great service and good company all around. i'm looking forward to my next trip back.

great staff and service!. great time at a mixer several nights ago. we had 2 pool tables, 3-4 pizzas and a couple platters of wings and chips and salsa. shorebreak was super accommodating. our server tiffany took great care of us. was a perfect little mixer. merry christmas!

excellent. great little place. not as many pool tables as there were back when it was bay billiards but that's just fine. when you come in the door on the right side is pool, the left side is a restaurant bar, and there's a game room in the back.

shorebreak also has the best pizza on the north end of the beach. hands down, that's not open for discussion. slices are large and a full pie is even larger. fresh dough a good cheese blend and top shelf ingredients round it out.

theplaceis nicely decorated and well kept and i haven't had bad service yet. i like the uniform the waitresses have as well. ;) definitely worth a visit if you find yourself on the north end of virginia beach.

i like eating here. i think it's a funplaceto hang out with friends, but it's not for a special occasion. i love the pizza and wings!!!

shorebreak is aplacewhere you can go with your family, have fun and have great food. the food is tasty and the service is friendly and down to earth. they have really good weekday specials like buy one get one free burgers and shakes on tuesdays and $0.49 wings on wednesdays they also have a game room and pool tables.

coldest draft beer in virginia. 16 varieties ranging from domestic to local micro brews. greatplaceto watch a game, lots of daily specials!

great locals spot. thisplacehas changed shore drive for the better. better service, better pizza, & better atmosphere. we love the waitstaff because they are well trained and knowledgeable.
the old saying you get what you pay for was never more true. where else can you get a great quality homemade pizza that will feed 5 people for $20.00??
yes, there are cheaper pizza's: they are called frozen.
good job shorebreak, do what you do!

shorebreak pizza & sports. our group really loved shorebreak. we loved the deal on the draft with the football glasses.
i tried the fried oyster appetizer and it was very good.
we also got the greek pizza and it was the best pizza i have ever had.
we will be back!!

i love thisplacebut a few months ago they changed their pizza dough/crust. i've tried to like it a few times.....it sucks. as much as i love the signature sauce no more pizzas! they were hands down the best in tidewater. the rest of everything is great! please go back to dough when you had the best!!

great for any occasion. i eat at shorebreak often and they never cease to amaze me with outstanding food, service, atmosphere, and new menu items. i am a local so seeing the same thing on the menu gets old, but shorebreak has something new for me to try every time. they also have every or any game on that you can think of. there are huge clean pool tables to play on. the bar i open and clean with awesome seasonal drinks, sangria, irish coffee, new different draft beers, and if you can think of it the bartenders can mix it up and make it for you. the game room is very fun for kids of all ages and a prize station for them to exchange tickets. shorebreak is a fun safeplaceto be and also great for parties for birthday, team, business, or any occasion.

sports, beer, and games! what more could you ask for!?. a good group of my guy friends were up at shorebreak eating pizza, probably checking out the waitresses. they invited myself and a few girlfriends to join but we were hesitant. we pictured shorebreak to be aplacelike hooters "just for guys" but we were surprised. as soon as we arrived our waitress was very friendly towards us and recommended the pizza and wings of course but i ended up getting a greek salad which was fantastic. not only is this a goodplacefor guys to hangout and watch sports but also a funplacefor the ladies.

spectacular. on an extremely hot sunday, my family and i headed out for a long drive down the shore of the chesapeake bay and up the shore of the atlantic . spontaneously, i decided to stop at shorebreak for pizza. upon walking in, we were greeted by a friendly staff and a nice, shadyplaceto get out of the sun. literally, i mean, it wasn't bright in there at all . . . it was naturally lit through the windows and the room temperature was at an extremely comfortable level.

once sat and after placing drink orders, we were informed by a terrific server named miranda about their sunday special which consisted of an xl pizza for a mere $6.99 . . . though tempted by the crab blt, i decided to go with the pizza. my wife had a pulled pork sandwich and my girls had a kids' burger and kids' pizza. needless to say, at the end of all of this, we were stuffed and satisfied. the pizza had a nice pepper overtone in the sauce which is like no other i have ever tasted; i actually liked it better than the "sweet" sauce which was on my daughter's cheese pizza.

shorebreak is definitely aplacei will continue to take my family. set off beautiful shore drive , it's a can't miss. whether on your way to the beach, or coming back, it provides a nice setting to relax for the last hour or two. it's a kid friendly environment, with disparate items to satisfy anyone's palete.

great family hangout!. i go to shorebreak at least once a month to take my kids there for a saturday afternoon of pizza, wings, and their game room. food is amazing, and the waitresses are always so friendly with my kids! ive also tried to teach them how to play pool and we get to watch sports as a family. amazingplaceto go with the kids and hang out for a couple hours!

amazing!. i've been to shorebreak a lot since i moved here a few months back. theplaceis simply amazing! the food is delicious, i think i've tried about half of the menu by now. addicted to the tuna wrap. they always have our games on. the happy hour is really nice. monday - friday (4-6:30) $2 draft beer, well drinks, domestic bottles, and margaritas on the rocks. i have no idea what the guy earlier said about the margaritas, i think they're delicious!

we've quickly become regulars, highly recommended

what a place!!!. my friends and i went to shorebreak for the first time last week. i'm not the "review writer" type, but thisplaceis great. smoke free!!! the best part was the food, rarely do see a "sports bar" serve such a high quality and wide variety! thisplaceis just cooooooool!!!
