shorebreak pizza & taphouse

disappointed. i know i have had agoodthin crust pizza from here before... ordered delivery, girl on the phone treated me like i was crazy for asking. delivery guy was super cordial, awesome. but the pizza was not thin crust. super doughy not at all what i expected. if anyone wants it i'll leave on my trash can, it's not to my liking at all. i'm sticking to chanellos from now on.

excellent late night too!. i just stopped in here in jan while my brother was in town. it was pretty late in the evening at this point however my brother wanted pizza and he wanted it from shorebreak.

by pretty late i would say it was roughly 30 minutes or so before the kitchen was going to shut down. however our bartender took care of us and had our order in immediately and full beers in front of us. about 12-13 minutes later we had a piping hot pizza sitting in front of us and 'game on!'. needless to say a short time later, the pizza was consumed and we were on our way as they were closing up.

excellent meal. great service andgoodcompany all around. i'm looking forward to my next trip back.

great staff and service!. great time at a mixer several nights ago. we had 2 pool tables, 3-4 pizzas and a couple platters of wings and chips and salsa. shorebreak was super accommodating. our server tiffany took great care of us. was a perfect little mixer. merry christmas!

excellent. great little place. not as many pool tables as there were back when it was bay billiards but that's just fine. when you come in the door on the right side is pool, the left side is a restaurant bar, and there's a game room in the back.

shorebreak also has the best pizza on the north end of the beach. hands down, that's not open for discussion. slices are large and a full pie is even larger. fresh dough agoodcheese blend and top shelf ingredients round it out.

the place is nicely decorated and well kept and i haven't had bad service yet. i like the uniform the waitresses have as well. ;) definitely worth a visit if you find yourself on the north end of virginia beach.

shorebreak is a place where you can go with your family, have fun and have great food. the food is tasty and the service is friendly and down to earth. they have reallygoodweekday specials like buy one get one free burgers and shakes on tuesdays and $0.49 wings on wednesdays they also have a game room and pool tables.

the wings are not good. i grew up in western ny and are used togoodwings. these are notgoodat all. don't even compare. it is hard to findgoodwings on the vb area

gluten free hadgoodtime. my bunless hambergerg was out of this world. well - i and a celiac (super celiac) who has to manage life. on vacation from ne (foxboro). service was beyondgood- waitress was great. i broght a gf bun and they made me the best hamgerger. bty servers and especially megan was great. mgmt was interested in my troubles in the politest way - (usually a problem). family and friends report pizza was the best

we havent had much urbanspoon luck review.... so we are giving are input.

sports, beer, and games! what more could you ask for!?. agoodgroup of my guy friends were up at shorebreak eating pizza, probably checking out the waitresses. they invited myself and a few girlfriends to join but we were hesitant. we pictured shorebreak to be a place like hooters "just for guys" but we were surprised. as soon as we arrived our waitress was very friendly towards us and recommended the pizza and wings of course but i ended up getting a greek salad which was fantastic. not only is this agoodplace for guys to hangout and watch sports but also a fun place for the ladies.

surprisinglygoodpizza. you'd expect toaster pizza or something, but it is quite good. the crust is thin and it has flavor. the only problem is the signature sauce is on the spicy side. my wife said it was way too spicy. order it with the sweet sauce (my wife still thought it was too spicy). we stopped going after that -- gotta please wifey.

like it. more of a sports bar or pool hall than a regular pizza joint, but their pizza is stillgoodnonetheless. plenty of variety available and prices are reasonable.

good service,goodpizza, wings r ok. *lots of flatscreens... i could see at least 15 from just my vantage point, and our game was showing on 3 of them.

*ordered 10 wings (mild & garlic) as appetizer... not the best wings i've had, but if you like them thickly battered, a bit on the spicy side, and crispy, you might enjoy these. wed night is $.39 wing night too. but for me, they weren't what i'm used to... we both agreed that we were glad we didn't order just wings as our meal.

*ordered the greek pizza (with added mushrooms)... this was amazing! highly recommended! ...although it is veggie.

*service was quick and courteous. our waitress was efficient, knowledgable, and personable.

*afterward, played some pool on ladies' night, so the girlfriend played free.

overall, great experience!

prettygoodpizza!. got a veggie pizza and it was great. it was very heavy and filling- i was full after two slices. two of us only ate half of an extra large (8 pieces). great deals on carry-out pizza (especially on sundays). not sure i'd bring my kids here because it is a sports bar, but i see kids there.
