shorebreak pizza & taphouse

we recently moved to the oceanfront so i was on the quest for the best burger......we went. ....it was dark....more bar than restaurant. we sat next to a table w/couple who were loud....swearing.....and as my daughter remarked...."how rude, the man is starring at the waitresses boobs"...helllo..family place? no. our food ok.......overpriced...this is not a restaurant but a bar that serves food. and the referee cutesy aka hooterish outfits that girl staff wear....says bar. my kids as soon as we left said thank you mom...for taking them to their first dive.

we have a bike riding group and we go here every week. service and food are awesome! love the pizza, wings and great salads! wait staff is spot on, friendly and quick. highly recommend shore break! 👍👍 ask for bree … great bar tender

disappointed. i know i have had a good thin crust pizza from here before... ordered delivery, girl on the phone treated me like i was crazy for asking. delivery guy was super cordial, awesome. but the pizza was not thin crust. super doughy not at all what i expected. if anyone wants it i'll leave on my trash can, it's not to my liking at all. i'm sticking to chanellos from now on.

shorebreak pizza. one word: great. the pizza was crisp, the beers were numerous and the tvs were plentiful. i asked for the blackhawks game and poof; the manager made it appear. the pizza is a bit spicy but i like it spicy. the girls in our group ate the bbq chicken salad and raved about it.

excellent late night too!. i just stopped in here in jan while my brother was in town. it was pretty late in the evening at this point however my brother wanted pizza and he wanted it from shorebreak.

by pretty late i would say it was roughly 30 minutes or so before the kitchen was going to shut down. however our bartender took care of us and had our order in immediately and full beers in front of us. about 12-13 minutes later we had a piping hot pizza sitting in front of us and 'game on!'. needless to say a short time later, the pizza was consumed and we were on our way as they were closing up.

excellent meal. great service and good company all around. i'm looking forward to my next trip back.

great staff and service!. great time at a mixer several nights ago. we had 2 pool tables, 3-4 pizzas and a couple platters of wings and chips and salsa. shorebreak was super accommodating. our server tiffany took great care of us. was a perfect little mixer. merry christmas!

excellent. great little place. not as many pool tables as there were back when it was bay billiards but that's just fine. when you come in the door on the right side is pool, the left side is a restaurant bar, and there's a game room in the back.

shorebreak also has the best pizza on the north end of the beach. hands down, that's not open for discussion. slices are large and a full pie is even larger. fresh dough a good cheese blend and top shelf ingredients round it out.

the place is nicely decorated and well kept and i haven't had bad service yet. i like the uniform the waitresses have as well. ;) definitely worth a visit if you find yourself on the north end of virginia beach.

i like eating here. i think it's a fun place to hang out with friends, but it's not for a special occasion. i love the pizza and wings!!!

shorebreak is a place where you can go with your family, have fun and have great food. the food is tasty and the service is friendly and down to earth. they have really good weekday specials like buy one get one free burgers and shakes on tuesdays and $0.49 wings on wednesdays they also have a game room and pool tables.

shorebreak is awesome. its a female friendly sports bar which is very hard to find. me and my girlfriends frequent there for games and the delicious signature "mason jar" drinks!!

coldest draft beer in virginia. 16 varieties ranging from domestic to local micro brews. great place to watch a game, lots of daily specials!

the wings are not good. i grew up in western ny and are used to good wings. these are not good at all. don't even compare. it is hard to find good wings on the vb area

the best burgers in vb!. great burger and beer selection!

great locals spot. this place has changed shore drive for the better. better service, better pizza, & better atmosphere. we love the waitstaff because they are well trained and knowledgeable.
the old saying you get what you pay for was never more true. where else can you get a great quality homemade pizza that will feed 5 people for $20.00??
yes, there are cheaper pizza's: they are called frozen.
good job shorebreak, do what you do!

shorebreak pizza & sports. our group really loved shorebreak. we loved the deal on the draft with the football glasses.
i tried the fried oyster appetizer and it was very good.
we also got the greek pizza and it was the best pizza i have ever had.
we will be back!!

i love this place but a few months ago they changed their pizza dough/crust. i've tried to like it a few times.....it sucks. as much as i love the signature sauce no more pizzas! they were hands down the best in tidewater. the rest of everything is great! please go back to dough when you had the best!!

great for any occasion. i eat at shorebreak often and they never cease to amaze me with outstanding food, service, atmosphere, and new menu items. i am a local so seeing the same thing on the menu gets old, but shorebreak has something new for me to try every time. they also have every or any game on that you can think of. there are huge clean pool tables to play on. the bar i open and clean with awesome seasonal drinks, sangria, irish coffee, new different draft beers, and if you can think of it the bartenders can mix it up and make it for you. the game room is very fun for kids of all ages and a prize station for them to exchange tickets. shorebreak is a fun safe place to be and also great for parties for birthday, team, business, or any occasion.

the best burger at the beach!!. we heard this burger was good.
it was! great place all around. the wings, pizza, and cobb salad were awesome.

very friendly staff.
