well, i totally love the place and the concept behind the place. you get basic food here but the quality is really good. it is run by the acid attack survivors. may not be from face or body, these women have beautiful hearts and this is what makes the.better than any other women.
it is definitely one of the finest and a must visit in the city of taj.
do have a visit.
also, they don't have a rate card for the menu, so be generous while upaythem.

sheroes hangout at agra is a only of its kind cafe started and ran by acid attack survivors of india.
this the non profit organization they don't charge any amount, peoplepayaccording to their will.
they decided to uncover their faces and their talents . "the sheroes" here are the women who have courage to live , work and walk in the society leaving behind all the stigmas.
these kind of stories we read and these legends reborn😆

so this amazing cafe is run by acid attack survivor women who serve extremely delicious food and provide the best of hospitality.
there is a mini library in the cafe and the walls are ladden with posters of these survivors their life stories.
and the most special thing about this place is that they don't have price of any dish on the pamphlets, one has topaywhatever he/she is willing to pay

i love this place for everything. what makes it special:

tasty food, awesome ambience and super hosts. sheroes is a great place to eat. idea of cafe is good. no fixed prices,payas you wish is getting good response.

first of all, this place is not regularly run staff. this is a cafe run by acid attack victims or should i say " uncontrollable ego survivors/winners" with help of an ngo.

anyways, after a looong riding day directly headed there and noticed local mp was signing them off some help. o yeah! one thing i forgot to tell..that remains with you, right from entry till a long lasting time: power and positive vibes.

these guys are not here for business or competition but for pure humanhood. you just imagine how much they prefer their customers when just for a minor understanding in order(the order was looong),head manager asked us and called the staff who took order and face us,she came apologized for negligible misunderstanding.

so, let's see what they got..umm..hey where are the prices?no money? oh..they don't have it!
you are allowed topayas much,isn't it wayyy more better than begging and cursing rest of life?a slap in the face of **********!

the paneer pakora, nuggets, sandwich, cutlets were good not great. fresh lime was better and the best.. chocolate shake which, although tasted something less like chocolate but was great in taste.

good people, novels to read, goodies to buy -medium number of seating, careful about relatively old but maintained furniture and little parking space,that too for two wheeler only.

well lovely initiative and heart touching moments when you visit this place. more importantly they don't take advantage of peoples sympathy and let you eat at will andpayas you wish. this means you can decide the price you want topayor the contribution you would like to make. ambiance was nice as lots of books to read. all girls who are acid attack survivors are very friendly and happy bunch of girls. there were less indians and more foreigners in the cafe. the food was good and the preparations were at our with good restaurants. overall a satisfying and filling experience

we visited on 30.3.18 . people with beautiful hearts welcomed us. ambience was better than expected , food was also excellent.no price tag for all the menu. it was up to the visitors to whatsoeverpayfor whatsoever ordered. we paid happily not showing any mercy but with a great salute to them. they are still spreading love to all, despite few amongst us of our society, burnt them with acids. these brave girls are acid attack victims but are brave survivors . they are spreading message of love. god bless them .

there are some places where you don't go just to eat / enjoy food but you go to appreciate and hats off to the girls who are real fighters. sheroes - as the name suggest is basically a restaurant in agra near to taj mahal (2km) run by acid victims she + heroes = sheroes
1 thing i want to tell you that there is no mrp written for any of the food / snacks served in sheroes because these girls have very big heart and they don't charge from you for the food. it's totally up to you how much you want to pay. they have a tag line "eat good! do good!payas you wish!"

other than eating food you can buy handmade bags, key chain rings and other iteams made by these brave girls.

my favourite: seasonal veg and green salad.

i ordered kali mirch paneer, seasonal veg, green salad and chapattis. order was served in 10-15min.
kali mirch paneer was tasty and a little bit sweet in taste, saesonal veg was basically - all the sesonal veg (carrot, cauliflower, onion, broccoli, potato pieces) boiled with spices. green salad was fresh full of carrot, onion, cucumber, tomato pieces along with lemon pieces. ghee was wrapped on chappatis.
my wife and me enjoed th lunch in sheroes agra and returned with sweet memories.

i have tried many restaurants...but neva came across one such..unique one...as it is run by acid attack victims...

food is basic its like ghar ka kana (home made food)...and most importantly they don't have price on menu...one canpayhow much ever they wish to..

coming to ambience they have quite a good collection of books....one can enjoy their food reading their favourite book..only reason why i rated four is they can work more on cleanliness...

i personally suggest everyone to check out this place..atleast once

this is one place, where food did not matter to me. this place will touch your heart and leave you a little shaken.

if you have gone through the restaurant page, you already know, that the restaurant is run by acid attack survivors. and, not just that, they have this concept, that the retaurant doesnot charge you for the food. youpayat your own will, and as you wish.

there is an amazing collection of books. you can come here with your near and dear ones, and spend quite some time over a cup of coffee.
the food was fresh and quite decent. they also sell small handmade artifacts and paintings.

one should definitely visit sheroes cafe while on a visit to agra.
