great setting and great outdoor seating only in winter and autumn periods, specially early mornings, food is alright and drinks are also fine
menu is very overpriced though and would be nice to have some offers or discount options with selected banks

ate here last february 15 and the english breakfast we had was great!!! but my mom and i ordered 1 for each thinking it was not for sharing. had a full tummy the whole day! hahaha! the meal offers 2 free drinks already whichever (hot or cold) type you want. ambiance is good and weather was great that day so it was fine to dine outside. 4 stars only since we had to experience waiting for a couple of minutes for our orders and bills.

the food here is great!

we ordered the baby chicken, asparagus and spinach pizza and spinach lasagne. loved all three. the food was fresh. the pizza was light and tasty. the chicken was well done and the lasagne was creamy 😊

great ambience to begin with and the views of the majaz waterfront is icing on top.

today, we came here for breakfast and surely it was one of the best decisions taken.

we took the english breakfast which came with assorted preserves and butter and bread of your choice. then came the omelette which they made exactly as told. it was accompanied with grilled mushrooms, sausages, bacon strips and hash browns.

this combination was enough for 2 easily. they even offer juice or hot drink along with this breakfast combo.

since we were three and wanted to explore their menu, we also got their avacado poached egg toast which is again the star dish they have in their menu. the poached egg was perfect and the hollandaise sauce was out of the world.

we also got their pancakes which was slightly dry but still huge portion for the price they charge.

i would love to have everyday here but hopefully when we establish ourselves and can afford this everyday.

a must try for their breakfast items. i recommend this to all my insta(follow on insta- @arifeats) and zomato followers and im still anxious that i could not write much about this restaurant.

beautiful interiors! perfect for a date night . the retro vibes give it an amazing look. i can go on and on about the beautiful interiors.
food- the food was also very good. pasta carbonara, chicken, rolls and the drinks. the fresh bread with herbed butter was excellent.

the salad was nothing short of divinely. the smoked salmon was delicious. rice and vegetables dish was amazing. the source was well seasoned and spices were just right. all in all a good combination.

amazing place . i like this place mostly for its location and decor, its beautiful. the food to was good , the cream of mushroom soup was good to have in the winter. the margarita pizza and spaghetti was also tasty. its truly an instaworthy place but most importantly has good food.

interiors are very beautiful.
they take you to the victorian era. 

ordered: 
tacos, french toast, wholewheat spaghetti, fettuccine carbonara , fondant au chocolat.

tacos were lit, crispy, fresh sweet & sour perfectly, mango was star in it. 
pastas were good but not mind blowing kinda. 
french toast was awesome. 

chocolate fondant was awesome & mind blowing. the best ever i ate.

staff was welcoming, but they need a bit more grooming.

shakespeare & co. has got this magnificent ambiance and lovely service that makes you feel like at paradise. their english breakfast is the best among the other english breakfasts i have tried. the fine crispy bacon, the perfectly roasted potatoes all just adds up to a sublime breakfast. truly the best way to start one's day.

i had to pinch me out to realize that i am in a cafe as the ambience of shakesphere&co had taken me back to the victorian period. a eclectic british cafe serving the best food in town right from english, american ,mediterranean &labanese .a must visit spot to enjoy the varied food cuisine along with the breathtaking view of majaz waterfront gets you to the perfect fooding moment! healthy food + waterfront view+ a shakespeare book to read on = shakespeare & co .

overlooking the al majaz waterfront, shakespeare & co restaurant brings up the same classic charm of elegant chic english cafe coupled with decadent food and beverage menu. the comfortable seatings, upholstery, grand chandeliers, floral accessories etc used further attributes to its classy ambiance. after embracing in the wonderful ambiance, we got ourselves seated overlooking gorgeous waterfront.

once seated we were served freshly baked bread along with herbed garlic butter. we loved munching on it while we waited for food to arrive. even my little one loved it!!! we asked for spinach lasagna and fettuccine al funghi. pasta layered with spinach and cheese on a bed of yummy arrabiata sauce ' a must-have' it was so wholesome and delicious. thoroughly enjoyed it. fettuccine al funghi has wild mushrooms in a light alfredo sauce, cheesy, saucy, just the way i like it. pasta was well cooked and tasted so good. the portion was good enough to share and we got a take away of lasagna done.

we were so full by all the food goodness that we could not try any dessert and that gave us a reason to come back again and savor more from their menu too. they have drool worthy cakes/pastry selection along with chocolates, macaroon etc. on display. service staff was polite and friendly. beautiful views overlooking the water, gorgeous ambiance and some yummilicious food summarizes my experience here at shakespeare and it certainly has become one of our favorites dine out restaurant in sharjah...

went with a friend a few days back. the macaroons were actually frozen and were straight out of the freezer and we had to send them back. my french toast was just fried brioche and not dipped in egg as it should be. the chef must be on holiday because what we were served must have been cooked and served by a 5 year old !!!! very disappointing!!!!

amazing view and some finest burgers in town.
tried the shakespeare signature burger and the green dragon juice. we were on a team lunch and my other colleagues tried some of their other sandwiches and salads. food was amazing and so were their juices. will highly recommend their signature burger. however service was a bit slow on a weekend afternoon, had to wait for more than 45 mins for our order to arrive. so surely some scope there! rest all was superb. amazing view, good food and superb weather these days. go ahead and enjoy some superb burgers there. of course be ready to shell out a lot as well. it is after all shakespeare & co.
